I came in about a month ago for the first time and my mind was set: I was ready to buy a brand new lancer. I was super excited but upon entering, I was greeted by a salesman, Sam, who was not very professional at all. He was chewing food when he greeted me, talking with his mouth full, and when he took me to his desk, there was food all over the place. That aside, I told him I was very interested in purchasing a lancer and would like to know how much it would be monthly on shortest term with my down payment. Now at other dealers, they’d print me a nice clean quote of all the details of financing. Sam just scribbled some numbers down on scrap paper and told me “if you divide x by x, that’s how much you’ll be paying a month”... he didn’t even bother to use a calculator? I had to pull out my phone and do the math for him. I felt like he wasn’t taking me seriously and was judging me because I was young. I’ve been to many dealers and I have never gotten treated so poorly. Unfortunately I did not purchase the lancer, but a Lexus IS instead. Funny how I was “sold” on the lancer when I was coming in, but the salesman “un-sold” me. Isn’t their job the opposite? I wish I had Keith as a salesman, he seems to get plenty of positive reviews.

Excellent service. Staff answered my questions regarding my service schedule totally to my satisfaction and did not give the impression that they were trying to rush me out the door. I'm definitely going back there in the future.

The team at Courtesy made my new vehicle purchase so smooth and painless. I would highly recommend if youor in the market for a vehicle, go and see Keith. He tells it as it is and doesn't fluff you up with confusing jargon. Also, kudos to Alison who made the financing process quick and painless.

I enjoyed my experience at Courtesy Mitsubishi. I had Keith as my salesman; he was very thoughtful and was sure not to pressure me into buying a car I didn't need. I didn't end up buying a car there, but I won't hesitate to go back if I see something I like in their lot. So YOU asked my sister in law to take down the review I gave you because it embarrassed you so I'll take it down to just put you out of misery. But remember this in the future. The Service. You guys will be thinking oh these people don't speak English, they look dumb, etc. I will say anything and they will sign it and it will be a done deal. Customer service is a big part in this type of industry. Your client is not happy with the purchase, so do you call that a successful sales? No. so find out why your client is not happy? How can I make you feel comfortable and satisfied with this purchase? It's a simple easy fix. But instead; you got mad, rude, red, tensed, when we refused to buy your stupid insurances. Your MANAGER or YOU didn't say "thank you" or shake hands to my sister in law when she picked up the car. I couldn't believe you guys can be so rude and it clearly tells that all you care is money and ripping it off of people. I've been working in customer service industry over 7 years and never once try to push them to buy the products without explaining crystal clear before I get them to sign. Especially those clients that couldn't speak English, I always get them to come with someone who is fluent in English before they buy the product. That is called "clean successful sales" client is happy, you are happy, they bring friends and then you can call it a "done deal"

Had such a great experience! Keith was our Sales person and he was absolutely fantastic! He went above and beyond to make our experience so good. He was never pushy and was full of information! When we picked up our vehicle the detail people had gone home for the day so he took the time to do one last clean on the car again for us. I would definitely recommend Keith if you are looking for a car!! Very personable:)

The service was unforgettably the best service we have seen.. Turned around the car buying experience for us. Trust worthy and honest. Patiently helping us through the tough spots, always giving us the help we needed. Awesome in the finance area craft time was really great. And the talent from the top serenaded us for the cherry on the cake. By the way my wife Julie really loved the gong. Looking forward to coming back. Both the sales person Kieth Sinclair and general manager Tyler Brown always checks up on me to ensure everything is going well with my 2017 Mitsubishi RVR.

I was recently shopping at Courtesy Mitsubishi, and although I did not end up purchasing a vehicle I wanted to write a review of the great experience I had there. Amanda Parsons is a fantastic salesperson to deal with, she was extremely friendly, easy to talk to, well informed about the vehicles and did not make me feel pressured. If you're looking for a Mitsubishi I would definitely recommend courtesy and ask for Amanda!
