Why is everyone so negative on here? This place has been great for years. Not sure about the shitty experiences other people have had but overall this place has been full of great memories. Aside from the rare occurrence of having to deal with some drunk asshole the staff, management, and owner have all been absolutely fantastic! Cheers to many more years here <3

Was a friends birthday, who is a regular at Cowboys. They treated her like queen for a day. The rest of us were treated well too

It's probably not the greatest pub in Calgary but we can't expect so much for so little prices. The environment is good and the music as well, food is very good, and they also have the best chicken wings and nachos in town. Service is different all the time depending of the server of the day.

Friday they have 2 for 1 on appetizers and the mushroom caps are great also most days they have a special with usually is pretty good too

Dance floor needs to be bigger that's for sure it's to small

The worst food EVER, ice cold after three attempts - for TACOS. Bathrooms were disgusting. Poor waitress tried but she too failed miserably in that all of her customers got charged for salsa they never got, and food that was ice cold...

Server was friendly enough but not sure I will return. One server brought out a try of food and set it in the corner of the restaurant on another table for 10 mins. Then our sever finally went over and picked the tomatoes off of my sandwich which I had asked for no tomatoes and brought the food over off of the tray that was set on another table for the past 10 mins. The server should have never touched the food especially after handling money and other peoples dirty plates so unsanitary. Then the chicken was so burnt on one side it was like eating charcoal. Another issue was my fiance had the wings and there was a hair in them. It was so busy and the waitress barley stopped by i didnt complain about it because it was so busy and it was hard to find our waitress but dont feel like being charged full price after all this was acceptable. Will not return here if this is how much pride you guys take in the food you serve.
