My wife and I were wary at first after reading a few of the reviews, but we decided to give it a try and draw our own conclusions. I must say that our experience there on May 14th was wonderful. The server/hostess was very friendly and accommodating, the food was great, and my wife said the steak was the finest in the city. Keep up the good work, and to the readers of this, give it a try for yourself.

It was busy. The servers were getting yelled at a lot for things out of their control. Kelsey was super polite. People need to learn when a place is packed things won’t come to them with a snap of their fingers.



I will be back with my kids. Butter chicken was amazing so were the wings.

I was in last night for the first time. The prices are great and the food was so good! It was pretty busy, but we still had great service. I read the reviews before going, but decided to go anyway, because I know a lot of people just love to complain lol! �

I love this restaurant! Such a fun atmosphere with amazing service. The staff care about what you need and are there to ensure you’re having a great time! And the manager is an absolute star and is amazing at coming around to each table to check in a build relationships! Amazing job guys!

Food is excellent and priced very reasonably! I recommend making up your own mind and go have a meal and some bevies. I've only been on the pub side because I don't want to try to enjoy some beer and some pub grub with screaming brats running around.

First time visiting Cowboys since it's reopening ..In the lounge server Carmen was great..fast and friendly..Manager Judy was so nice and welcoming..cheesecake for my birthday, awesome wings , wine and music made for a great night! Thank you! Great food and drink specials...we will be back!�

First time there. The place was packed on a Wednesday; probably because of wing night. The wings were very good and the prices seemed to be decent. They were short staffed as they are still hiring. Our poor waitress was running ragged and on a 12 hour shift but considering these things, did a great job. The only thing that need improvement is the horse and rider on the signs. The horse needs a round bum. It looks weird being square. Lol 😂

We were in last night and for starters our server was fantastic and our food was great. It was nice to see the manager making rounds table to table to follow up on how there experience was going. The only thing that we would have liked to see is the girls wearing a pair of fitted jeans, we could tell some of the girls were uncomfortable with having to constantly pull down there skirts.

A group of us went in last night for UFC fight night. Our waitress was very attentive came around a lot! Never missed anything we asked for. The manager was lovely. My only complaint is that the big screen we were sitting by to watch the fight kept cutting in and out. There seemed to be some sort of glitch through the establishment as even the exterior light outside the front door were strobing? One suggestion would be to offer clearly marked gluten free options on your menu. Otherwise a fantastic and very affordable fun time! Will definitely be back.

We've been here a couple times and the food and service was good. Tonight was horrible. Our server was quite obviously mad about something. She forgot several things with our order and we had to get up and ask the bartender for the missed items after our server had quite obviously forgotten them again. Our wings and nachos took almost 45 minutes to arrive, and when they did they were cold. The wings that came out, some of them were smaller then my pinky finger. I understand they are $.20 but these seemed pretty darn small. We saw what appeared to be the manager chatting with customers and when we asked her for a forgotten item she had a discussion with the bartender about it (who appeared to be the only person working hard) instead of bringing it to us herself. Our server was seen sitting at one table in particular chatting multiple times throughout the night, with whom I can only assume were ppl she knew, while we were waiting for missed items. And we had to get up and search for someone to get us the bill, only to find our server and the manager chatting. Was definitely disappointing.

Ambiance was meh, food good and bartender TERRIBLE. I asked for a 9 ounce glass of wine and when it was brought to me I knew right away it was not 9 ounces. I asked the waitress who confirmed with the bartender and she confirmed that she measured with her pinky. I will never come back here again which is unfortunate because the food was good. If you were going to claim to have 6 ounces and 9 ounce glass of wine then measure it.

Where to begin. Waited forever for drinks and food, wings were super small, sauce dumped over them or looked like popcorn seasoning covered them, drinks tasted watered down, one of our party never got their wings, ordered ranch dip and it never came either, no napkins or plates provided and the service was slow or non existent. Won't ever be back. Wish I could rate it a zero.

Went for the first time with high hopes. The meal was alright but after going in at 3 pm (not a peak time) we had to wait when we finished our meal at 4:10 we had to wait 50 min for our bills. This is the first time I almost walked out of the restaurant without paying. There were three or four other tables in the restaurant having the same problem. As a side note you also can't call yourself a taphouse with 10 beers on tap. If they keep this up they will be closed within a year.

We went to this establishment last Saturday evening. We’re sat in the dining room and proceeded to look over the menu. At no point did anyone come to take our drink orders. However, a server did come ask to “borrow” a menu for another table. 30 minutes went by and no one had come to check on us. I got up and told a server we were ready to order. She said she would send someone right over and proceeded to take another tables order who had come in long after us. At that point we decided to leave. We would have loved to support a local business but ended up at Boston Pizza for our dinner. I even called on Monday and was told I would get a call back on Tuesday from the manager but have yet to hear a reply.

We had gonw for their fried rib ends and the service, was not great .The one server thought she could take her sweet old time because she knew one of the men we had with us .A beer was spilt and I had ask for something to wipe it with , she had taken 10 min at least to grab me something when she clearly wasn't busy (having 2 other tables with less than 4 people ). When thw food was brought out it was disgusting ,it broke apart in my mouth like charcoal . Needless to say I will never be back .

The service was the poorest I've ever encountered. Waited an hour just to get drinks. The wings were the worst I've ever had, with like sauce just poured over them or maybe popcorn seasoning. No vodka in our cosmos. Waitress hardly ever showed up at the table. Unbelievable! And I have never done a review like this before! � no napkins, no plates... astounding! Never ever ever going back!!!!!!

Horrible service. Wings were okay, nothing to write home about. But we waited almost 10 minutes before someone even spoke to us and "seated" us. Then waited another 15 minutes before anyone took our orders. My drink came out immediately but my wife's took about 10 minutes and we had to ask 3 times for a water for our daughter. Once we had our wings we were completely ignored for about 40 minutes.



I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone.

First of all... Decent wings (not amazing, but decent for the price).



Now the issues.

We literally stood at the front waiting for even a hello for nearly twenty minutes (we should have left, but we had promised our daughter wings). Waited another ten plus minutes after being seated before we were looked at.



Very poor service as other tables were having the server run back and forth for multiple things (probably things the server forgot) before the server came to take our order (went to the table beside us no less than four times).



The drinks...

Can't believe how small the Ceaser was for $5! It was a great Ceaser but the size was ridiculous.

We also ordered a pop.. I totally understand that they aren't making much money on the wings but to charge the same $3 for a pop and have it not refillable because it's wing night (and get laughed at by the server when we asked) is not ok. Great way to promote designated drivers guys! (Note the sarcasm �)... Maybe limit the refills on wing night instead of charging $3 for a glass of pop that costs peanuts.

Also we seemed to be bothering the server (even when we were practically the only ones still there) by asking for water to be filled.



I really can't get over how bad the server we had was actually.. Especially the attitude. Yeah.. You're busy... No use moaning about it to every single table.

Edit: After a great first experience and bragging about this restaurant to everyone I know, we returned to find out that all the food specials are no longer available in restaurant. We will never eat here again! At least Brewhouse is welcoming to my entire family. Good riddance!



Food was very good! Best value for a meal in Airdrie. Where else can you feed a family of 4 for $25? The service was a little on the slow side, but we will definitely be making this our new staple for eating out, especially wing night. Can't wait to come back!
