Cowtown Rodeo returns for its sixth consecutive year on July 3rd, after the Stampede Parade, with Calgary's most authentic rodeo experience. As a premier charity event, Cowtown Rodeo is a proud supporter of the Karuna Girls College in Lumbini, Nepal—that now has over 450 students! Every dollar made goes toward giving these girls a full education and a chance at a normal life. Included with every ticket is Cowtown's pre-party at National on 10th, free transportation to the main event at the Girletz Ranch and Calgary's most unique rodeo. Arriving at the ranch, you will be treated to a too close for comfort view of all of the action. Professional bull riders will attempt to best the bull and hang on for the longest eight seconds of your life. Then, Xtreme bullfighters will try to outwit bulls by performing athletic and acrobatic maneuvers. You and your posse will have the chance to win exclusive prizes in our western-themed activities. Only the brave will round up a pair of designer jeans from Espy in our two-step try on. Of course, no stampede event is complete without delicious food and BBQ, and Cowtown is no exception.
