Quite a nice bike ride, beautiful alpine scenery with a fun descent

Very nice hike, and not well known so the trail will never be very busy. It's reasonably steep, though the grade smooths out before the top and most of the serious climbing is at the beginning and middle. The path has been mangled by use however, and only seasoned bikers will really enjoy the downhill/ trek uphill. The trail is great for walking, and you have fabulous 360 views at the top to Moose Mountain, the prairies, and deeper into Kananaskis. Absolutely recommend doing this on a sunny, beautiful day!

Mountain biking is getting very eroded. Hiking is the recommended activity on this trail.
