We have gym facilitys and offer personal training, certified dietician /nutritionist, in house massage therapist and hair salon and spa facilitys offerd on upper level!
We also offer a number of classes such as; Pilates, TRX, Hot Yoga, Bootcamps, Yoga, Aerobics, Zumba, kids classes, mom n me classes and much more! !
If you are looking for a fun, excepting, enjoyable place to get your exercise in while sharing it with a great bunch of girls in this wonderful community, this is the place!
