I brought my Nexus 5x in for a bootloop issue and they spent 30 minutes trying to find a fix. Unfortunately, my phone is unrepairable but I appreciate that they took the time to help. The staff are friendly and provided great customer service.

Jeff looked at my Samsung S6 Edge today. It went dead and I couldn't turn it on, or charge it. He ran a quick scan, and somehow got it going within 10 minutes and did not charge me anything. Said the phone & battery were just fine. Thank you Jeff. My faith in humanity is restored!

I needed my screen and LCD replaced. I brought my Galaxy S8 in on Monday and it was ready two days later, which was 3-5 days earlier than expected (they needed to order some parts in). I have to say that the phone reacts exactly as it did the day I got it. Cell Phone Repair had the best price and the service was extremely fast. Great job!

Super quick. Done within an hour. Way better than buying a new phone and the prices are competitive. Comparable to anywhere else in the city.

I had the misfortune of getting my phone wet ... took it to CPR and they diagnosed it as not worth fixing due to screen damage but were able to get a full backup of data that I was able to load onto a new phone. Fast, efficient service and at a price that worked for me! Thanks Mike & co!

Went there 3 times for what I finally diagnosed myself as a loose charging port on my tablet. They sent it for warranty came back unrepaired said it was normal. Totally ignored my description of the problems. When I figured it out I went back asked them to fix it they were rude talked over me interrupted and said it wasnt convenient for them to keep my tablet and call me when it was fixed, so make an extra trip when the part comes in and pay for the part in advance. I prefer to pay when the work is done to satisfaction. Too bad they said. I left, went elsewhere where they have parts in stock and customer service.

I haven't gone in to the store, so I don't know their in person service, but i can tell you their online service is terrible. I've emailed them a few times and immediately get an automated response telling me they will respond as soon as possibly, but i have never gotten a reply from them, not even a couple of weeks later. Brutal service.

Another thing is their prices are crazy expensive. I was quoted on their website 230$ to replace a phone screen. I had it done at another place for 70$

My son dropped my galaxy S6, and the screen stopped working, but the led light would still turn on and the phone would still ring and vibrate when I got calls/notifications. They said it was likely the screen cracked, even a hairline could do it, even though there wasn't any visible cracks on the screen (I had a really good case, so thankfully the screen wasn't shattered). They said it would be 250$ to fix and would take about a week to order the new screen. Pricey but significantly cheaper than paying the early upgrade fee and a new phone from rogers so I agreed. A few days later, got a call that it turned out the screen was totally fine, just a loose connection, so would only be a 75$ fix. Considering I'd have had no clue whether or not they actually switched the screen, I was really impressed with their integrity. Would definitely recommend to anyone before going to get a new phone.

I've always been happy with the repairs done here, they sell a few handy products, and the clears are all pretty friendly and helpful. My only qualm is the prices, but when I consider what they do, it doesn't keep me away completely either. Would love a little more choice with products for sale like more attractive phone cases, etc.
