It's a sad and happy day for the #craftfamily. Its Casey Baer's last night with us. He has been the heart and soul of our Bar since the open. Come down and help us send him off proper tonight.

We went for a bite to eat last night. It was quite busy. We didn't feel like waiting 20 min for a table, so we got seats at the bar. The bartender was very friendly and patient as he explained the types of beer they have. Food didn't take long to arrive and it was delicious!

We are definitely going back �

Their name pretty well says it all, they have a ton of different draft beers available. Great servce, food and fun atmosphere as well. A very nice casual establishment.

Me and my husband were there for first time for St Patrick day, great crowd, great server, foods and drinks were excellent, will definitely go back ����

I’ve been to Craft 5 times now in the last couple months and enjoyed it every time. The beer sample boards are great and fun to sample. And everything I’ve had on the menu has been great 👍🏼

I went there to celebrate my mom's 73rd birthday and we were nicely surprised when we got the bill and she got 73% off. Service was great, food and beer delicious.

I planned my husbands surprise 40th 'Beer n Brunch' there this morning! There were 36 of us from ages 3 months to 90 years old and we all had an excellent experience.

We had a semi private area at the back and were able to set it up how we wanted and decorate it plus bring our birthday cake.

We experienced great service and delicious food, our servers did great considering the size of our group. No ones order was forgot, messed up or came cold!! Score in a group our size!!!

The managers who I dealt with were incredibly professional and helpful!

I have been a couple of times just with the girls and also had a good experience but today was great!

Thanks for helping make his surprise so much fun �

I meet with a few (9) old buddies for lunch. We are retired/ retiring businessmen and were impressed with the service and quality of food. Our server was very engaging and friendly. This is our second time at this location and the group will continue to meet here. Thank you for a great experience

Great selection of beers! Delicious food and good ambience. Little bit noisy downstairs but who cares when you're having fun.

Although the bar was crazy busy we were able to find a spot to sit at the bar. Bartenders/wait staff were very friendly and funny. The food didn't take nearly as long as I thought it might given the crowd, and it was great! Thanks for an enjoyable evening!

Service was a little slow but for Family day they were very busy. I have special dietary needs and they were very accommodating to me. The manager came up and explained the options to me. The gluten free pizza crust was the best I've had so far. Would have been 5 stars except for the little slow service.

Positives: location, decor, 120+ beers on tap, food was good, serving staff were mostly attentive and very friendly.



Negatives: Serving staff could use more training on the beer, virtually all the rotating taps were sold out (hasn't even been open a week.. �), bartenders need to learn how to properly pour a beer - our whole table got short pour after short pour, even after mentioning it to our server.



Probably just first week growing pains, so I'll return again to see if they've made any adjustments.

Honestly came in after few games of pool .. But our server a blonde girl was awesome and the food delicious .. I love the fact you have Western craft beers but your menu is the same as the one in Toronto ..thst where u lose points . ..i know your chain but i was expecting a different menu than in Ontario ...i know u cant change everything but some local features on the menu would make it even better!!

Went for dinner last night, party of 5. Appies were great, food was great, service was good. Dishes on the other hand were dirty. The glasses were sticky and had a film on the inside that came off when wiped. There was a film on the cutlery that could be polished off and one of the forks in the roll ups had food on it. Will I go again? Most likely, as i feel a second chance is warranted. Like I said, great food.

Very disappointed with the fish tacos I ordered, One small piece of fish on each taco. 17 dollars for this dish is not worth getting. However the whole head of cabbage I got on those three tacos was super fresh! And the avocado mayo would make any hipster weep.

The atmosphere and beer selection is great. But, based on our two visits, there seems to be a problem with prompt customer service. On our most recent visit Monday night, it wasn't busy at all and yet our server wandered around aimlessly, walking past us several times until I finally said 'excuse me may I order ?'. Any questions I had about the menu where met with an uncomfortable 'I'm not sure'. Don't get me wrong, she was a nice enough girl, but that's exactly the problem. Many of the servers are quite young and seem to have no idea what being in the customer service industry means. The saving grace was that the food came quickly and was decent...then again, how does one screw up a lettuce wrap ?

Came in at 230 for a beer and something to eat. After a half hour the idiot turned music up so could not even visit.pissed off.

Wait t night before hacking music up. No one is partying in afternoon.

Made a special trip to Craft South to enjoy a dinner out with out of town family. After having multiple tables seated after we arrived it was clear we weren't getting a table anytime soon so we left. The manager was running the wait list, makes the experience even worse.

After a decent lunch earlier in the week we thought we'd go back for the brunch on Sunday. We were told a 10-15 minute wait and were fine with that. We got seated very close to their estimate, and then sat for 25 minutes with our menus, no water, no acknowledgement that we even were there all the while being ignored by staff all around us. We tried to wave down wait staff and they never made eye contact and were deaf to our numerous excuse me's. The only time we were acknowledged in fact was when the woman that sat us at our table said "Have a nice day" 25 minutes later when we walked out the door. Understandable if you had been slammed but three wait staff were standing at the front desk as we left.
