We don't grow cannabis, we package it! We provide government mandated retail packaging services for cannabis growers (licensed cannabis producers). The end product is retail packaged bottles, bags or pre-rolled joints that are sold directly to the provincial government for distribution to Canadian dispensaries. There is a supply chain gap in the cannabis industry today. Small and medium sized growers do not have the expertise or funding to package their own product. Growers want to do what they do best: grow cannabis. We have LOI's with growers totalling over 38, 000 kilos /yr. of dry cured cannabis equating to over 10 million retail packages per year. We can copack for any Micro-Cultivator or Licenced Producer in Canada; filling the supply chain gap. THE SOLUTION: Provide a turn-key packaging solution to all growers. Benefits to the grower: -Our processing license will allow us to package all cannabis products. -Our packaged product meets government requirements for distribution to the dispensaries. -We have the expertise, equipment, space (51, 300 square feet), and regulatory capacity to meet Canada's processing license requirements. -Growers don't have to wholesale their cannabis to large licensed producers. PACKAGING FACILITYA 51, 300 ft2 warehouse located in Claresholm, AB was purchased by the company in 2019 to house the packaging facility. Land Use is approved for cannabis production. Phase 1 Capacity: 30 million bottles, 15 million bags, and 8 million pre-rolled units per yearDesign Standards: To produce packaged products that can be exported internationally, the facility is designed to GMP-EU standards Utilization: Only 50% of the plant's floor space is to be developed in Phase 1, allowing for extensive future expansion
