We can't say enough about what a fantastic experience buying a bike was from Cranked!

My wife is short so we struggled finding a mountain bike she liked in a size that fit her. We had found a model of bike we liked, phoned in and were excited to find they had it in stock - no one else in Calgary / Okotoks had an extra small. They were nice enough to hold it for us until we could make the drive up.

Upon arriving Jeff helped us out not only test driving the model we requested but also suggesting a comparison model, both times sending my wife out for a spin in the park.

We are confident and extremely happy with our choice and the customer service couldn't have been better.

We'll be coming back when it's time to upgrade my mountain bike, when it's time for a set of cruisers, and of course for all our tune ups etc.

This bike shop is worth the drive as you can't beat the service you'll get. A+ highly recommended business.

Update, against my better judgement and in a pinch phoned to see if a part was in stock, assured it was and when i came to store it turns out the computer was wrong... 2 stars to 1

These guys are great! I've purchased 3 bikes from Cranked and recommended countless friends and family. One of the biggest reasons I like purchasing my bikes and accessories here is because I feel like I can trust them to always steer me in the right direction even if that means them losing a sale because it's not the right thing for me. I've purchased both a mountain bike and road bike from Cranked and also got a cruiser for my dad.

Through a work challenge got into road biking over a year ago, bought a bike used off a friend in the US it had Campy EPS group set they were the only guys willing to set it up for me. Since then also bought a new Giant Defy from Cranked. Nick and his staff are awesome, getting a fitting on new bike next week can't wait to have the new Giant feeling perfect.

These guys are great. I had read all of the reviews online before I went in. Most of the reviews were favorable, but a couple were really bad. I guess it goes to prove that some people just like to complain. I showed up needing new set of pedals for bike that I didn't even buy there. They dropped what they were doing to find the right set for me. I explained that I couldn't remove the old ones with my limited tool set. they said, "No problem" and proceeded to replace them while I waited. In under ten minutes my bike was ready to go. When I went to pay the bill, they didn't even charge me for labour even though I heard them huffing and puffing to get the old parts off. I fully expected a labour charge. I can guarantee that if that had been any shop in Calgary, there would have been a labour charge. I highly recommend this place. The prices might be a bit higher than the big chains, but I firmly believe in the adage that you get what you pay for. I will be purchasing my next bike here. I'd rather pay a couple of extra dollars to support local fellows who provide good service than to save a couple of bucks dealing with a greedy faceless corporation.

A great experience from beginning to end! "OLD" Andrew was amazing to deal with! He had so much patience aswering every question that i had in great detail. He's such a cool guy!
It's an easy going and chill bike shop...no pressure sales and zero attempts to "up sell".
If youre on a budget, they can fulfill your needs with tons of different choices and brands.
Won't ever deal with another shop other than CRANKED!!!!!

Saw Nick for a full retul bike fit. Definitely worth it! he spent the time necessary for a proper detailed fit. Staff also great. I will definitely recommend the shop and the fit experience to friends.
