Amazing community. Moving from an acreage to here, I expected shitty neighbours and busy city life. I have one amazing neighbour, the other not so much but I have to say the neighbourhood is awesome! Great place to raise my daughter. Keep up the great work with all the events and holiday celebrations!

Very bad business. I purchased a pizza it was amazing. I came all the way from millwoods to order and pick up their pizza. They seemed very friendly. I placed my order and the guy rang it in wrong. I went home and saw that it wasnt what i ordered. I called back and spoke with the manager... I explained to him what I orered and and what i had recieved were différent. He said "No problem ma'am next time u come I will give u a free pizza". I said "Wow Thank you very much for understanding and reconciling that. 5minutes later i receieved a call from the employee who had taken the order trying to say it wasnt his fault and that i did not ordere what I said i did' and that he did not make the mistake. He kept argueing and i kept getting madder that this person was calling me a liar.

I talked to the owner again....he did not take responosbility for that employee calling me back harassing me because he got into trouble for his mistake.

I am definately never going back...and suggest to anyone that if they go there...make sure ur order is read back to you and check the pizza before leaveing. This was a terrible experience from a place that makes good pizza.

I work to hard for my money to support a local business that doesnt value their customers, take repsonsibliity for their mistakes, and that would call and harass the customer after its been delt with. Just because ur family doesnt mean u dont need to respect customers. Thats how your business thrives ; Its the people who build ur business.

Terrible customer service, Jim Brown fucker at Sherrick management never returns calls or answers the phone. Nice when you're in need of questions from them! Unreal, too busy cutting fuckin ribbons
