Looks like a wonderful store, but I dare not enter without my dear wife. She likes to pick out her own stuff ...... I called them today, and they have gift certificates. Thanks and nice store .....

Loved it! I am a custom fit 48 GG with a shoulder injury. The staff is fantastic, compassionate and friendly. They worked with me to assist me with my needs.

High quality garments and plenty of variety.

The only suggestion is a make over for the change rooms. Also, a daily vacuuming and dusting/cleaning of the mirrors in the dressing rooms. If I cannot see myself clearly, then I'm less likely to buy.

Staff is so fully educated on fitting and understand woman's issues.

I've only ever had positive experiences with each of the staff (I've been served by 4 of them now), and they are all extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

Possibly the worst customer service I have ever had. There was no fitting offered. In fact the clerk asked me my size. When I gave what I thought it was she looked me over and said "really? " I was then informed that they had nothing, and then less than nothing, when I was looking for a strapless bra for my wedding dress. Perhaps it was because I had arrived with a man, but the website does encourage males into the store. I was very unimpressed by this but since I had been given a gift certificate I had to buy something. They refused to give me any money back and so I had to keep shopping until I made up the total. They even kept the last 90 cents that were left on the certificate.
I was worried this would all sound petty but unfortunately taken all together this is accurate.

I have been to many women's intimate apparel stores. A few more common ones are She, service was ok, Commitments, again ok service and BraTopia where the service was great, but they did not have what I was looking for.
I have been looking for a corset to go under my wedding gown, plus size, and the city of Calgary seemed to be bereft of suitable options. Crimson lingerie had a larger selection than most, but it was the sales woman who was incredibly knowledgable, efficient and a huge help that made me purchase from Crimson. The woman's name is Lyndelle, and she is one of the BEST retail customer service personal I have ever encountered. She was honest, thorough and made certain I had what I was looking for and not once did I feel pressured to buy.
I will definitely be going back to look for wedding night apparel! I would highly recommend this store!
