I have been dealing with Cross Country Parts for years. As a HVAC service company supplying Coleman Products, I can say the people at Cross Country Parts are friendly people providing me with the top customer service that cannot be beat. Example of their great service, this Friday they shipped out a product to me and when I checked the order, from factory it was missing a part. This is late Friday and the Saturday is a statutory holiday, I sent a email in late friday not expecting any answer, but not only did Paul Gibney answer it, but the following morning, on his own time he went to work, gathered the missing part, wrapped it and then went to the bust depot and delivered it to me. This is unheard of these days for people to provide this level of customer care. Cross country Parts will always be my go to business for Coleman products. And a huge "thank you" to Paul Gibney.

Ordered a replacement part for my tent yesterday. It arrived at my house today. Awesome customer service.

They had what the issue needed, got it ready, and was there when I went to pick it up. Friendly staff.

Great place. People there are super friendly, and tons of product to choose from.

The store I bought my Sealife camera through couldn't get any help from this distributor so I had to contact the Sealife directly and they were extremely supportive and solved the problem I was having.
