I will be careful shopping for furniture here. I was at the shop looking to buy a sofa and loveseat, the salesperson refused to give me information on the type of leather even though both were priced close to $4000. She asked me to go online for the info and I sensed it that the sofa and loveseat were mere genuine leather and not high quality leather as she claimed

This place is a joke. It's all 'knock offs' Looks like what the real retailers sell, but is such poorly constructed. They don't really offer warranties because they know they would go bankrupt. If you value your money, go spend it anywhere else.

We purchased this furniture from Crossroads Furniture (Calgary NE) "Contemporary Geniune Leather Seating Sofa Set". Totally disappointed! This leather has cracked on the couch in two different spots. It will cost me over a $1,000 to repair it. A picture is worth a thousand words, so please see the pictures below. The last picture is the product they are still selling in their store, so be aware that this may happen. What I find very interesting is that this is the only piece out of 3 purchased with cracks. We tried to reach out to the store to ask them what can be done, needless to say, we got no resolution. For the store to fix this would have been a minimal cost, but business acumen does to seem to be part of this business. They have definitely lost a customer. I tried to upload the pictures several times, but they do not show up. Feel free to reach out to me and I will definitively share them with you.

Saved a TON buying furniture for our home. At least 30% cheaper than big name stores with better quality!

The people that work there are not bad, but the furniture its poor quality. I bough a dinning table and 6 chairs and regret badly , the foam from chairs is gone and when I sit is like a sit on metal and not chair. Too expensive for the furniture knowing that there is not much warranty and quality very very low. Do not recommend to buy and better find more quality for a little extra ...

Great select and price! We have furnished 2 houses with this place and they cannot be beat in price and selection! Tammy was a great help!

Bought a floor model sectional and as it was the last one they had, final sale. Thought that would be fine as set up in their showroom, it appeared great. What a joke! Corner piece is from a different set entirely! Locking brackets don't match and the fabric and height are slightly different. An area rug we bought there took nearly 2 years to loose the "funk" smell. Will not purchase there again!
