When we visited crosstown we could never have imagined the great service we would receive. Dave Comrie helped us get into 2 new trucks and his customer service is on another level. He helped us pick our trucks suited to our needs and wants and he did it so fast it was hard to believe. When we drive off the lot today it was a real eye opener, we drove off feeling great, all of our needs were met and there was no point in any of our meetings where I felt like I was getting the wool pulled over my eyes,which isn’t always the case with car sales men. Huge shoutout out to Dave and all the great work he put in. We will be back here hands down!!!!

These guys set the standard for excellence in customer service. I continue to be impressed with the level of professionalism and how far they will go to make their customers extremely happy. I recommend Steve K. as he truly goes above and beyond every time I've communicated with him (not to mention he calls to wish me a Happy Birthday each year - seriously who else does that for their customers?!) I also loved chatting with Tony along the process of them delivering my beautiful brand new Jeep Wrangler to Fort McMurray. Tony, the driver, was super enthusiastic to deal with and let me know each step along the way as far as where he was and when he'd be arriving to deliver my Jeep. Ask for Ismael Mirza for a no nonsense experience. This is my 5th vehicle I’ve purchased through Ismael and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another one from him. Straight forward, honest and he works with you to make sure you’re getting the right vehicle at the right price. Leave the fast talking dealers and come see this guy. You won’t regret it.

Allan, my service rep was an absolute delight to deal with. He was very friendly and professional, and also worked hard to help me in any way possible, including making sure I got some great discounts. He also managed to get my car back to me by the end of the day, when all the work quoted was supposed to have taken more than a day to do.



My only complaint is that whoever booked my appointment over the phone, quoted me an incorrect price for the maintenance I was getting done.

The up charging for service at this dealership is shameful. I went in to have some recall stuff taken care of and had them do a wheel alignment. I was quoted $149 for the job which was steep to begin with but I have them the go ahead. The final bill had a $20 “shop charge” added so ended up $180 for a wheel alignment!!!! I felt duped and will hence forth take all of my business elsewhere.

Sold me an incredibly faulty “ brand new condition demo “ Jeep SRT. Upon picking it up after driving 6 hours to get there we noticed the tire pressure in the tires looked very low but we were told it was a low profile issue and was fine. When i asked why the tire pressure wasn’t coming up at all on my screen they said the Jeep needed to drive for a while and then the Jeep would register the tire pressure so it would show up.. Come to find out the tire pressure monitors were either removed or unassembled as they never did start working. When we drove the 6 hour drive home with the kids we stopped to check the tire pressure because i knew there was something not right and it turns out crosstown let us leave on 5-7 PSI in all tires (which could have resulted terribly on the highway) because the tires actually were ruined and lost tire pressure non stop, so those all needed replacement $$$$.. meanwhile they’re supposed to be at about 35PSI .

I contacted the dealership about this and nothing was done. That same week different electrical buttons inside the vehicle stopped working and also the engine would drop multiple gears for no reason.. and many more issues i won’t continue to name.

I contacted the manager also multiple times with email and such with no reply, and also the salesman with little to no reply as well.

This was in August/September that i was contacting them for all these issues and only now in January/February are they contacting me to fix the vehicle.

Ask for Ismael Mirza for a no nonsense experience. This is my 5th vehicle I’ve purchased through Ismael and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another one from him. Allan, my service rep was an absolute delight to deal with. He was very friendly and professional, and also worked hard to help me in any way possible, including making sure I got some great discounts. He also managed to get my car back to me by the end of the day, when all the work quoted was supposed to have taken more than a day to do.



My only complaint is that whoever booked my appointment over the phone, quoted me an incorrect price for the maintenance I was getting done.

The up charging for service at this dealership is shameful. I went in to have some recall stuff taken care of and had them do a wheel alignment. I was quoted $149 for the job which was steep to begin with but I have them the go ahead. The final bill had a $20 “shop charge” added so ended up $180 for a wheel alignment!!!! I felt duped and will hence forth take all of my business elsewhere.

Sold me an incredibly faulty “ brand new condition demo “ Jeep SRT. Upon picking it up after driving 6 hours to get there we noticed the tire pressure in the tires looked very low but we were told it was a low profile issue and was fine. When i asked why the tire pressure wasn’t coming up at all on my screen they said the Jeep needed to drive for a while and then the Jeep would register the tire pressure so it would show up.. Come to find out the tire pressure monitors were either removed or unassembled as they never did start working. When we drove the 6 hour drive home with the kids we stopped to check the tire pressure because i knew there was something not right and it turns out crosstown let us leave on 5-7 PSI in all tires (which could have resulted terribly on the highway) because the tires actually were ruined and lost tire pressure non stop, so those all needed replacement $$$$.. meanwhile they’re supposed to be at about 35PSI .

I contacted the dealership about this and nothing was done. That same week different electrical buttons inside the vehicle stopped working and also the engine would drop multiple gears for no reason.. and many more issues i won’t continue to name.

I contacted the manager also multiple times with email and such with no reply, and also the salesman with little to no reply as well.

This was in August/September that i was contacting them for all these issues and only now in January/February are they contacting me to fix the vehicle.

When we visited crosstown we could never have imagined the great service we would receive. Dave Comrie helped us get into 2 new trucks and his customer service is on another level. He helped us pick our trucks suited to our needs and wants and he did it so fast it was hard to believe. When we drive off the lot today it was a real eye opener, we drove off feeling great, all of our needs were met and there was no point in any of our meetings where I felt like I was getting the wool pulled over my eyes,which isn’t always the case with car sales men. Huge shoutout out to Dave and all the great work he put in. We will be back here hands down!!!!

Tony, the driver, was super enthusiastic to deal with and let me know each step along the way as far as where he was and when he'd be arriving to deliver my Jeep. Had a pretty good experience trading off my ‘16 Dodge Ram 1500 SLT for an ‘18 Ram 1500 Sport today! Finally got the truck I wanted and it was all thanks to Darren Shaw! He made the trade easy and really made sure I was well taken care of, top notch customer service!
