Dr. Rotzinger is amazing. The nicest/friendliest doctor ever. I choose to go there specifically for her. Wait times aren't the worst. I had a 930 appointment and was called at 10 to go in.

I am always happy that front staff at this location always give us an estimated time. I was there just last Saturday and they have more than 2hours wait and they gave us an option to either wait or come back. I did some errands and by the time I came back, I only waited 30mins. Kudos to the friendly front staff! Will def recommend to everyone!

Today was my first visit to this walk in. The receptionist was pleasant, the wait was short. The nurse was very nice and helped me walk down the hallway when I was feeling dizzy. And the Dr. was great, very thorough, took his time with me and made me feel like my concerns were worth taking the time to assess me. I definitely recommend this clinic and will be using it in the future if needed. Thank you Medicentre...

I've been coming to this walk in clinic for over a decade and I have always had fantastic service. I think over the years, the service has improved with personable front staff and nurses and awesome doctors who are prompt and experienced. I have always been dealt with in a professional courteous manner.

The staff at this location is excellent. I have been using this Medi Centre for several years now. After reading some of the posts online, I do no understand how some people can write a negative review...for those who are getting medical forms filled out by a doctor, you (as a Canadian Citizen, even if you have immigrated here) are responsible for reading and understanding the questions on your medical forms, and to make certain it is done correctly. Don't blame the Doctor if there has been an omission...be responsible for yourself. I have listened to the receptionist on the phone politely explain the hours, location, and walk in vs appointment services over and over to some people on the phone...! If you are frustrated with your life...don't take it out on the people who are trying to help you. Once again, I was born in Canada, and have used this location for 6 years now and have had excellent medical service here.

Went to see a doctor for motor vehicle medical exam. Doc B. Hamidi missed one question on form for which i had to go back and get it answered at a different location. Then the AB Registry found that Mr. Hamidi didn't date the form. He's a careless doctor at best. I hope he's taught how to fill a form properly. Going back to get a simple form corrected twice is embarrassing for a high school educated person let alone a doctor!

Just don't ever go there.Simply horiible

Very friendly, helpful staff. I had unusual circumstances when I went to see a doctor and they went out of their way to help me figure out my insurance and payment options. To everyone who is complaining about the wait times: it's a walk-in clinic and that should be expected. Clean clinic, friendly service.
