Jeff got my friend Simon the best deal in the city on his SRT8 Jeep! He approved him for his dream car when no one else could. He's very happy with his experience at this dealership, also the manager Jessi provided excellent service. Highly recommended.

Super sketchy guys here. Went in with a referral from a family member so I thought I would be well taken care of. Boy was I mistaken!

Went in hoping to find a vehicle within a specified budget, with two cars to trade in as a down payment. My dream car is a white 2-door Jeep, but I know they are a higher price point so I assumed that was out of the question. When the salesman said he could give me a really great deal on a brand new model of the exact Jeep, we got excited and took it for a test drive! Once we had fallen in love with the vehicle, we were informed that we could have this Jeep for only $9 more than our biweekly budget allowed. Totally doable, right?
So we put a $500 deposit to hold the Jeep, and went into our financing options. We asked a few times what the cost of the vehicle would be and instead of being given a number, we were given a “we’ll make it work for you”. A little unsettling, but we were still excited to be taking home our dream car at such a reasonable price!

24 hrs later we were called to come into the dealership again and told we could take home a Jeep! Not the one we had test driven, but any Jeep until the one we wanted was available for pick up. We still didn’t know the final price of the Jeep. My fiancé asked to go over the details, and we then found out that the cost of payments had gone up $200 per month from what we were originally quoted!!!! Making it way too far out of reach for our budget. We asked for our deposit back and we were told that we should wait until we found a car we liked.

A few days later, we had decided to go another route, but when we went into the dealership we were told that they could not refund my $500 and would need to order a cheque which could take weeks. Later that day, I was told that the cheque could be ready right away, but when I asked if it could be picked up that night I was told that the accounting department was closed (half an hour earlier than their business hours).

I am STILL waiting for my deposit to be refunded, I STILL do not have a vehicle, and the finance manager (Jeff) keeps dodging my questions and finding reasons to keep it, even though the deposit in question was taken to hold a vehicle that we are NO LONGER BUYING.

Very unimpressed with the service at this dealership and hoping this does not happen to anyone else.

Shopping for a used SUV 4 wheel drive for my daughter. Purchased a vehicle that fit that description. Don Baker immediately approached us when we arrived. When told what we were looking for, he showed us three vehicles that met that description. Decided on one and he put in the offer I made, and returned with a counter offer. He worked very hard to get me a deal I was satisfied with. He answered all my questions. I felt he wanted me to be happy with my purchase. He stayed late to accommodate a test drive by my daughter after her work. The rest of the staff I dealt with were friendly and professional. I would purchase another vehicle at Crowfoot Dodge. (I had actually previously purchased three vehicles there over the years.)

We had a very smooth and fun shopping experience with Jazz and the Harp. Found us the Jeep we wanted, and got a great deal for it as well. Jazz had all the answers to our questions and was very thorough when it came to showing us how to use all the gadgets. We'll be back soon for our next vehicle!

Jazz at Crowfoot Dodge was EXCEPTIONAL to deal with! Considering I was going to purchase my first truck, Jazz and Jeff took real good care of me, and made the transition very easy! Jazz is very knowledgeable with their products and helped me understand everything I needed to know about my purchase. He made every single step of the process very easy to understand, which in-turn made me calmer as I switched over to a vehicle purchase and will be recommending a lot more going forward! As I mentioned before, the service and experience from Jazz overall was exceptional!!

I have to say I have been to this dealership on 2 occasions for service, and each time it was beyond what I expected.
The guy who did the paperwork on my vehicle for service was so polite and professional. My service ran a little longer than expected. He was the first to come to me and say he was sorry, and reduced my bill for my troubles. He and the dealership are terrific. I love this place! So professional and clean.

This was our first car purchase through a dealership and we were lucky to go to Crowfoot Dodge! Jazz Kanda helped us and made our car purchase a great experience. He worked hard to get us a price we were happy with and he was super patient with helping us decide on the model that was right for us. He was very informative and went above and beyond our expectations. He worked hard to get us our van quickly and made sure we were happy with everything about it before driving it off the lot.
Kevin in the business office was super friendly and made all the technicalities a breeze with his light sense of humour. Just an all around great experience, we were deciding whether to purchase our van from Crowfoot Dodge or Tower Chrysler but Jazz's friendliness and no pressure salesmanship won us over.

10 MONTHS LATER AND THESE GUYS ARE STILL TAKING CARE OF US! I FOUND OUT THE NEW CAR MODELS DON'T COME WITH SPARE TIRES, WAS STRANDED FOR A BIT BUT THAT WAS MY FAULT FOR NOT DOING MY HOMEWORK. JAZZ IN SALES WENT OUT OF HIS WAY AND CALLED ME TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS OK AND IF THERE WAS ANYTHING HE CAN DO FOR ME. HE ALSO GAVE ME A TON OF HELPFUL INFORMATION ON BUYING A NEW TIRE. SO ALTRUISTICALLY KIND AND HELPFUL! THANK YOU GUYS FOR BEING AWESOME!

It is very simple. Our salesperson Don Baker was the main reason that I decided to purchase a 2016 Dodge Journey. I had planned to visit other dealerships but Don understood what I wanted and found the ideal vehicle for us in his inventory. There was no need to look further. Don's easy going manner made the negotiations quick and painless. When I returned a week after purchasing the vehicle with a scratch in the paint, he immediately dealt with it and had it repaired at no cost to me. I hope that Crowfoot Dodge values Don as an employee because he knows how to satisfy and treat their customers!
