After taking my 2012 Santa Fe for an oil change I was informed that my 5 year 8 month old vehicle with 86,000 km needed in excess of $5000 of repairs. After I came to my senses I got a second opinion from a nearby auto repair shop, that had excellent Google reviews, and after having them do inspection they said that the repairs were not necessary. I can't believe that a certified shop would stoop to these kind of tactics just to keep their shop busy and their customer paying for repairs that were not required. Beware!

My experience at Crowfoot Hyundai has been nothing but exceptional. For the sale of my car I had great experiences with Corie in sales and Justin in Finances. They both were patient, thoughtful and seemed like they really cared about their customer rather than just making a sale. I also had the pleasure of meeting Glenn, David and Carey. The whole team there is really great, and they really do put customer service first.
Highly recommend this dealership, as my experience so far has been nothing but awesome!

Full Disclaimer - I never went into the dealership and I am not in a market for a new car. A shuttle driver for Crowfoot Hyundai damaged my parked car and left a note on my door with a contact number. It was a minor damage, and I mentioned that I really appreciated the honesty on the phone with them. The manager bragged about their excellence for a while. A day later, I get a call from Crowfoot Hyundai and they deny that the shuttle driver hit my car. Turns out, a good samaritan left the note (WITH the license plate #), and the driver took off, technically committing a hit and run. S/he probably had no idea a witness left a note on my car. I even sent them a picture of the note, and continued to try and contact them. They continued to ignore me and did not answer back on any form of communication. I only wish that whoever wrote the note left their own number, instead of the number for Crowfoot Hyundai. Again, it was not a big damage and I am still driving my car without fixing it. It still leaves a very bitter taste in my mouth, and I think other consumers should know about this.

Entered the showroom with my wife and were welcome by a smiley and friendly face of their Sales Advisor Cary Williams. He is probably the best sales advisor I have ever worked with in the past 10 years dealing with multiple dealerships. During our time in the dealership, we were also welcome by the manager, Shane, who came in person to offer his help and service.

Cary's courtesy, knowledge, and friendliness was the main reason that we purchased the vehicle from Crowfoot Hyundai, even though the price of the vehicle was a little higher than what another Hyundai dealership had offered us. This is because I am a type of customer that prefers to do business based on trust and respect, rather than just based on numbers.
The sales manager, Glenn, assisted us when there was an issue with finance application. He followed up with us by email to ensure we received the right service and attention.

I look forward to receive the same level of service when I bring the car for maintenance.

WOW! It is difficult to believe that any other dealership would be in business when they have to compete with crowfoot Hyundai. The handful of gentleman that I had the pleasure of meeting and working with during my transaction were awesome. They really take that car salesmen stereotype and throw it out the window!
Jason Brumer did an outstanding job. He was considerate about my preferences and thoughtful about his advice. I would recommend Jason and crowfoot Hyundai to anyone and everyone for their new car.

We had a great experience at Crowfoot Hyundai. Jason was phenomenal and we never once felt overly pressured into making a decision. We went in to look at vehicles a week before we bought our new Tucson and the staff let us look around without pressuring us. That was one of the reasons we went back to purchase our Tucson. The sales team got us a great deal on our trade in and listened to our needs so that our new purchase didn't exceed our budget. I would recommend Crowfoot Hyundai to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle.

My wife and I had a good experience at Crowfoot Hyundai dealing with Jason Brumer. He's like a big friendly lumber-jack that knows his stuff about vehicles. If he didn't know an exact detail he would find out for us right away and he was excellent at making sure we were comfortable and taken care of. I have had experiences with pushy car salesmen before and I never had any feeling of being pushed or manipulated while at this dealership. Every other staff member we met such as David and Justin were friendly, and I sincerely felt that they were interested in making sure we got what we wanted. Overall it was a very positive experience and much less painful than I have experienced in the past.

I recently purchased a 2017 Tucson from Crowfoot Hyundai. The salesperson Matt Olson was great to deal with. He reviewed what I wanted , took me out for a test drive and made my decision very easy. Matt wasn't pushy and listened to what we needed out of a vehicle. Once I decided on the Tucson and Matt had everything worked out as far as final price, options etc. I met with Justin Walter in Finance. Again Justin was very thorough, went through all of my options and didn't pressure me into anything I didn't want. I would recommend Crowfoot Hyundai to others and would go back for another purchase in future. The experience was low stress and enjoyable overall. Matt did a great job!!

I was in 2 months ago in February for an oil change. While I was there I specifically asked them to check for any leaks, top off any fluids that needed it and to call me if they noticed any other issues. I also asked if they found anything else if they would be able to fix it while my car was still there. Yup, no problem! On pick up they said everything in my car was great and was in amazing condition for being 7 years old. Fast forward to today, brought my car in to take off the winter tires and asked them again to check over my car as I've noticed it occasionally has trouble starting. So now my car that was in "perfect" condition 2 months ago now has leaks, dirty fluids, my coolant is almost water and a bunch of other stuff wrong with it. Why was this not noticed 2 months ago when I asked them to specificly look for these things? Now according to them today I have over 3k worth of repairs? Which I find hard to believe all happened in the course of 2 months. Very highly doubt I'll be back for anything. Maybe I'll buy new tires here but that's about it. Oh and when I asked the lady at the desk why I wasn't informed of this on my last visit her reasoning was because it wasn't on the tier of being bad enough to tell me? Ridiculous. Shuttle drivers and staff were friendly enough just disappointed with the service department in general.

After much deliberation I chose Hyundai for the quality of vehicle, the features and the warranty. Went over to Crowfoot last Saturday because of proximity and found them to be very knowledgeable and helpful. Our sales guy Matt Olson sold us a gorgeous brand new Elantra Sport. It was an easy choice and I think we got a very good deal. They even detailed my sorry old car for me! Glenn the GM and Markus the finance guy were great, making what was a complicated and expensive day go much better than expected and gulp, yes, even fun. I strongly suggest you buy a Hyundai and when you realize they offer some of the best cars for the least money you really need to go and see these guys.

I walked in on a sunny Saturday spring morning and was pleasantly surprised by good old fashioned quality customer service from start to finish. The entire team I dealt with was down to earth, friendly and went the extra mile to meet my needs. I enjoyed the questionnaire used to link your needs to the type of vehicle that would suit them the best.
I fell in love with the 2017 Tucson and that was it... goodbye 2009 Civic... Hello 1.6T and panoramic sunroof!
The human touch goes a long way in this industry and it's definitely at the heart of this dealership's customer service.

After talking to friends who had dealt with Crowfoot Hyundai I knew I wanted to go and see what they had to offer. Having recently gotten into an accident and having my car written off unexpectedly, I was worried about what I'd be able to afford. We met Matt Olson at the auto show and when we went to the dealership he remembered us! Talk about excellent customer service. He was awesome. He was no pressure, super knowledgeable and really understood that I was on a budget. He didn't show me anything he didn't think I could afford and at the same time got me everything I wanted. I ended up buying a 2017 Tucson and I couldn't be happier. He sent me a message a few days after picking up my new ride to see how things were going and I even got an email from the General Manager thanking me for my business.
