Kingsway Mall has been our home for more than 23 years and during that time we've become Edmonton's Top Rated premier Tacori and designer jewellery store. Things have changed at the mall and our space had to be changed to make way for their expansion.

I get so many compliments on my ring and I am always proud to tell people I got it at Crowley's. This store knows exactly how to treat their customers!!

Today amidst your Closing out sale your staff treated my family, visiting from England, with amazing, above and beyond, service. You helped my uncle find a chain, for a beloved keepsake, and made adjustments to it, to suit his needs. This, I might add, was not an extremely expensive item. You were patient and friendly to all of us. I wish you all the best and hope to see a Crowley's Jewellers open up again in the future. Thank you again! ���

SO happy with our Tacori diamond wedding ring set from the good people at Crowleys! Alenka was SO good with us, always patient about answering all our questions. I’ve never gone out of my way to write a review of a purchase experience online but since having been to Crowley’s a month or so ago, I’ve felt compelled ever since to share my thoughts on the amazing customer service I received.



I was in the store looking at watches and received a warm greeting from Melanie; she introduced herself and told me she was available to answer any questions or if I just wanted to try something on she could help me as well. There was no pressure and I felt at ease right away, she knew her stuff too! After trying a few different watches, and after getting her honest and professional opinion, I left the store beaming about my purchase. I can’t wait to come back one day; I can look at my Citizen Eco-Drive watch and feel 100% satisfied.

Reading a bad review saddens me because I know that is not what this company is about. I needed to say something when I read that review... I hope that gets resolved quickly. Your in good hands with Crowleys, I trust them a lot.

I had recently posted about my negative experience and it seems one cannot leave two reviews but rather only edit or delete. So I thought I would take time to write a retraction for anyone who may have saw what I had written previously.



After my post about my less than positive experience Mary (the owner) was in contact with my fiancé that afternoon showing great concern with the level of customer service we were shown. She was polite and professional and he informed her that it would be best if she spoke to me.



We connected the very next day and she took it upon herself to completely rectify the situation. She went above and beyond to show us that our previous experience was very unusual for her company nor is that how she wants her company to be portrayed. She was able to provide us an absolutely amazing offer on both myself and my fiancés wedding bands and seemed very willing to ensure she retained our business and that we were completely satisfied with the end result.



She is completely involved in the purchase of our bands and set us up an appointment with the Operations Manager Barry, whom we connected with last weekend. They had the paperwork ready for my ring and it has now been ordered, they have worked with the designer Zeghani to ensure there is not a long wait time either which is something that I appreciate greatly.



As far as my fiancés wedding band, they took a look at options that could be available in the band he wanted and got back to us within two days. We have now ordered his as well.



My previous post clearly reflects a very rare occurrence with Crowley’s and I am beyond thrilled on how Mary, Barry and the rest of the staff have ensured we are happy with everything. How they chose to handle my situation has left me in awe and shows me they not only take care of their business but their customers as well. I am truly thankful for what you guys have now done for us and I no longer have anything negative to say toward the company!



Thank you again for everything you have done and I look forward to continuing my relationship with you as our jeweler of choice and would most certainly recommend you to anyone looking for any piece of jewelry!

The gemologist even let me check the serial number lazered onto the girdle to confirm its ID. Highly recommended!!

My husband purchased my engagement ring from Crowley's 12 years ago. We brought my ring in recently to get a bigger diamond put in. It took them 6 days to work on it, and when i got my ring back i was very happy!! It looked amazing All the employees are professional and very knowledgable. I highly recommend Crowley's.

I’ve never gone out of my way to write a review of a purchase experience online but since having been to Crowley’s a month or so ago, I’ve felt compelled ever since to share my thoughts on the amazing customer service I received.



I was in the store looking at watches and received a warm greeting from Melanie; she introduced herself and told me she was available to answer any questions or if I just wanted to try something on she could help me as well. There was no pressure and I felt at ease right away, she knew her stuff too! After trying a few different watches, and after getting her honest and professional opinion, I left the store beaming about my purchase. I can’t wait to come back one day; I can look at my Citizen Eco-Drive watch and feel 100% satisfied.

Reading a bad review saddens me because I know that is not what this company is about. I needed to say something when I read that review... I hope that gets resolved quickly. Your in good hands with Crowleys, I trust them a lot.

I had recently posted about my negative experience and it seems one cannot leave two reviews but rather only edit or delete. So I thought I would take time to write a retraction for anyone who may have saw what I had written previously.



After my post about my less than positive experience Mary (the owner) was in contact with my fiancé that afternoon showing great concern with the level of customer service we were shown. She was polite and professional and he informed her that it would be best if she spoke to me.



We connected the very next day and she took it upon herself to completely rectify the situation. She went above and beyond to show us that our previous experience was very unusual for her company nor is that how she wants her company to be portrayed. She was able to provide us an absolutely amazing offer on both myself and my fiancés wedding bands and seemed very willing to ensure she retained our business and that we were completely satisfied with the end result.



She is completely involved in the purchase of our bands and set us up an appointment with the Operations Manager Barry, whom we connected with last weekend. They had the paperwork ready for my ring and it has now been ordered, they have worked with the designer Zeghani to ensure there is not a long wait time either which is something that I appreciate greatly.



As far as my fiancés wedding band, they took a look at options that could be available in the band he wanted and got back to us within two days. We have now ordered his as well.



My previous post clearly reflects a very rare occurrence with Crowley’s and I am beyond thrilled on how Mary, Barry and the rest of the staff have ensured we are happy with everything. How they chose to handle my situation has left me in awe and shows me they not only take care of their business but their customers as well. I am truly thankful for what you guys have now done for us and I no longer have anything negative to say toward the company!



Thank you again for everything you have done and I look forward to continuing my relationship with you as our jeweler of choice and would most certainly recommend you to anyone looking for any piece of jewelry!

Great experience! Alexander and the staff were amazing! They got my now fiancée's ring before we headed off to the Philippines where I proposed. Got it rushed and made sure that i had it before I left, even with the short time frame!
