We had such an amazing time during this workshop. There was laughter, there were tears, there was honesty and reflection. There was ART! Our 2 step Art project started with an "I am" statement that we were individually trying to understand and blossomed into a new beautiful visual of ourselves. Thank you to everyone who participated. And a huge thank you to our facilitators, Jody, Courtney and Karen.
