Very good and awesome house at the regional rate compared to other builders.,the manager crystine is very good and nice open minded excellent customer satisfaction,I went with my friend and booked a house and have photo of sold out the house with crystine.,so in my view I gave 5stars.

My parents bought a luxury estate home from them in Rocky Ridge Calgary and upon possession got 0 information on the maintenance of fancy appliances like a tankless water heater. Fast forward 3 years and my parents are without hot water for 3 days and $1000 short in bank account. All these guys do is take your money and once they have it give zero Fu0ck about customers. Scott the site supervisor was visibly upset giving us the walk through after possession.
