My car had been broken into and the expert at crystal glass identified it. It meant I had to take it to a body shop. They missed out on a few dollars in work but they had the integrity to point it out.

Low rating is for the 9th Ave location. Similar to the other reviewer, they failed to install the top seal of my windshield. The kicker is when I asked about the gap prior to leaving they lied about the need for one. Didn't seem right. Took it the same week to my dealership who agreed there must(!) be a seal in place, dealer took it to MacLeod Trail Crystal who agreed the install was incomplete, removed the windshield and re-installed with the required seal free of charge. Good on MacLeod Trail location.

Incompetent! Installed my front and rear glass without any sealer whatsoever. Both leak a lot.

Picked up my truck a couple of hours later that I was expecting. They also cleaned it a little but threw out stuff that I needed. Nothing of value but it is an inconvenience that I just don't need.

Came out of the office to find my truck broken into and rear passenger window broken... drove over to their shop just after 5 and saw they were closed up, the manager saw me and came out, ordered the glass for and then sealed up my window with plastic film. Returned the next morning and they replaced the glass and I had them do the windshield at the same time. Windshield was cheaper than a Groupon deal I got lat year!! Great work, very nice people and they really did a fantastic job as well as cleaned the interior of the truck including the floor matts.... Highly recommended, they have earned my loyalty.

Great service, good prices! Came here 4 times in the past two years for the windshield replacement and chip repairs, no rush and great quality job done every time. Will definitely come again.
