Fixed / correctly re-installed my windshield same day at no charge. Original install was completely botched by the 9th Ave Crystal Glass.

I have been here a few times over the last few years, and to be honest, I hadn't had many great experiences, but, my insurance company says I have to use Crystal Glass, and for me this is the most convenient location. Anyhow, long story short, I was back a few days ago, they've changed their management and is shows. First of all, the lobby is clean and just all around more comfortable. The staff are friendly, and appear to be genuinely happy. I left feeling happy and satisfied, instead of a bother. What a great turn around. Thank you.

No scheduling at all. They open at 8am, called at 8:25am to confirm the appointment and was told "I supposed to bring car in the morning" (like it was noon already) and "now there are 4 cars ahead of me".

These guys are the BEST. Extremely helpful, accommodating, fantastic customer service. Anything to make their customers happy. Thank-you to everyone at Crystal Glass who made my experience great! This will forever be my go to place.

I had a great experience with these guys. I brought in large broken picture frame expecting that they would just measure and cut me a piece of glass. Instead, they took the frame and actually fixed the frame for me after putting the glass in. Unbelievable.
In more ways than this they went above and beyond what was required. They were awesome and will always get my recommendation and business.
