Very nice environment. Ideal for short business meetings. Place seems to be really busy in the morning.

Cucina's warm environment and amazing staff have made this my go-to place for morning coffee. Michelle is friendly, kind and attentive. I always look forward to seeing her smiling face. Mark makes the best almond milk latté in the city!

I love this restaurant. To start, the wait staff are amazing human beings; kind, gentle, funny, intelligent and spiritual ... which at the risk of sounding arrogant, was a surprise for me. Spiritual in the sense that they get things, they are self aware, they are gentle ... not bible thumpers. The coffee is superb. The menu changes all the time and is never boring. This is one of the few restaurants in Calgary I go to and try different menu items all the time. And anytime the chef is using mushrooms, I eat it. He is a genius with mushrooms. And eggs. And doing interesting things with bread. I would like to have breakfast there everyday if I could. Unfortunately, I no longer live in Calgary and make it a point of having breakfast here whenever I am in town. Try it. You will not be disappointed. At the least, get a coffee and a baked good then sit in the park and enjoy.

Been here a total of 3 times. First time was great with no problems, second and third time were identical - disappointing. I only come here for lunch as I work in the downtown core.

The food here is good and I would say it's worth what you pay. What completely turned me off was the service that was provided and quite possibly the timeliness of the kitchen. The last two times I was here, I was with one other person and both times I had ordered calamari to start and an entree. It should be expected that customers eating here during lunch have to go back to work after the hour is up. Both times the waitress that dealt with me neglected to put in my entree order until AFTER my calamari was finished. I can understand if I was eating dinner but it was during the lunch hour and we had to get back to work. We both ended up being late for work and didn't have time to eat in the restaurant at all. This waitress did not ask us at all if we had time to wait.

I won't be coming back here.

Great food, great wine list, very friendly and competent wait staff and awesome chefs. What's not to like? Maybe pricey, but once in a while I can justify a great night out.

Good food with really generous portions. After appetizers we were barely able to touch our entrees (which were delicious).

Nice spot for authentic Italian cuisine. Bring $$$. Take a cab b/c chances are, you're not leaving sober. Too good of a wine list.

Friendly staff, make an effort to get to know customers at their coffee shop, great tasting food.
