Shayne cut my hair today. It looks great!

I'm happy to provide this five-star review. Shayne has done a great job cutting my hair for over 10 years.

Actually, I would give them a minus and not a star. I received the worst haircut of my life from Shayne. I brought a picture of the haircut that I would like and Shayne said he could do it. However, I was absolutely mortified at the results of the cut. A ten-year-old child could have done a better job. The cut looked like I had a bowl placed over my head and the hair was cut in chunky layers right up to the crown. Everyone I encountered said 'OH MY GOD, WHAT HAPPENED TO YOUR HAIR?". I went back to Shayne, and he snipped here and there, but did little to correct the mess. I had to go to another hairdresser and she tried her best to rectify the cut, but it still looked awful. After spending several $$$, I was not happy with the haircut and felt Shayne was totally incompetent. What a big waste of money. I will never go back!

I got a Groupon for this place and was excited to get a new hairstyle. I have never been more disappointed! The girl that cut my hair was obviously fresh out of school or did not know what she was doing because when she finished the owner said let me just come and make sure your cut is good. Once she came over she had to fix several mistakes on my hair. This left me with way shorter hair than I wanted (the first girl that cut it already went too short and this lady went shorter!) and I left there wanting to cry. I never thought I was going to hairdressing school to get my hair cut I thought I was seeing someone with experience. I will never go back. I hate my hair and now I have to wait for it to grow back. The only upside was they were nice people.
