SERVICES OFFEREDCOMPLETION DESIGN - Design and generate executable procedural documents using offset competitors' reviews and internal requirements ensuring regulatory compliance. FRACTURE DESIGN - Design or modify existing fracture treatments to validate design and ensure placement, while working with fracturing company. Conduct fracture modelling study to optimize proppant type, sand schedules, treatment tonnage, fluid system and intra-frac spacing. PROGRAM EXECUTION - Serve as or assist superintendent during the field operations to ensure safe timely operations. VENDOR MANAGEMENT - Source completion services including preparing RFP (or RFQ) packages, vendor submitting normalizations and assist with negotiations and awarding of contracts. This including post program review of vendors performance and cost. AUDIT / TRAINING - Audit current completion and fracture methodology and recommend modifications and optimizations. Provide customer specific training for completions, workovers, abandonments and hydraulic fracturing.
