His pricing is the BEST in this city.Yes, his office doesn't have leather chairs and artistic decor, the location might not be very convenient or uber fancy, but the staff is always friendly and welcoming, and Darren knows what he is doing and how to do it properly. My clients really appreciated Darren's rates in this tough economy. If you have any questions, just ask him. He answered all of my client's questions and stayed with us for over an hour explaining things. Note: If you don't ask any questions, your appointment will be done and over in under 15-20 min as the majority of the paperwork is done for you before the appointment, so that you can just come in and sign your final real estate documents and move on with your day. I am very pleased with Darren's work and will continue working with him.
