Amazing service! Listened to everything I wanted and I found the perfect dress. The consultant was patient and knew exactly what she had in store, she made some great recommendations and was never pushy with trying to up sell anything. Also the prices are amazing in there! I highly recommend!

David’s Bridal is the worst place in town I do not recommend going here! I booked an appointment for 10:30 today and Geraldine was our consultant, she’s friendly however she was double booked (I discovered this is a standard for David bridal and every appointment was like that). It was a nightmare! She wasn’t very knowledgeable on what they had for stock (I wanted a mermaid style), she was pulled in many directions (not her fault) and couldn’t help me get on my dress or tie/clip them up. We were stuck in a corner and there wasn’t very much room to see the dress in full. Everyone was tripping over dresses, over each other and half the dresses I wanted to try were taken by other brides. After trying a few and having no help we decided to leave. I was near tears and was contemplating changing my wedding date. Fortunately another bride saw me and came up and told me about Durand bridal down the street (they are better priced and never over book). Save yourself the grief and upsetment. Go to durance bridal instead.

Had such an amazing experience at the Davids Bridal Calgary location! I got to try on a large variety of dresses and my consultant was extremely helpful. She kept me well within my budget which took the stress off.
I found my wedding dress with the help of Tannis and I am so happy and thankful for the experience! We will be going back for bridesmaid dresses next month. Awesome experience!

I went for my bridal consultation and my consultant measured me at a size 12. I know I am not a size 12 but gave the benefit of the doubt as maybe there dresses fit smaller. The first half of my appointment was wasted trying on dresses that I was swimming in. I finally found a style that I liked but needed to order it in a smaller size. I asked her to order a size 6 and she kept insisting I order a size 8 because it's better to go larger than go smaller. After pretty much arguing with her, I ordered the 6. When it came in I tried it on and it's still far too large. I could probably have gone with a size 2. Now a simple length alteration has turned into a whole dress resize. I'd expect the staff to be knowledgeable - how can you be that far off measurements?!

Great service. Went in without an appointment to have bridesmaids try on dresses. Helpful staff and not hard pressure sales. Ordered over the phone about two weeks later with a rather complicated order and dresses being shipped to different locations and it was taken care of accurately and without issues. I called back to double check the order and they were once again very helpful.

We went shopping for my sisters wedding dress at David's Bridal and were blown away at the amazing service and care they showed us. From the time we entered to the time we left we felt very well looked after. Iesha was our consultant and she did a phenomenal job looking after us, asking the bride how she wanted to feel on her wedding day and making it not even the slightest bit stressful as most shopping of this nature can be. With the wedding coming in September and not much time for alterations, the staff were very optimistic and helpful in making it possible to not stress over these details.
I would absolutely recommend David's Bridal to anyone looking for wonderful service, beautiful gowns and a very stress free shopping environment!

Bought my dress here in February, and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by the level of customer service and how friendly everyone has been. Right from trying on numerous dresses to narrowing the search to finding the one and finally to the first dress fitting. All staff have been friendly, very nice and extremely helpful. They truly make you feel special when you are looking for that perfect dress to walk down the isle in for your big day. They have a wide range of sizes and styles in stock and for a bigger girl its nice to be able to try dresses on in my size instead of 5 sizes to small. That way I know EXACTLY what It will look like to ensure its what I want, I get the full picture of the gown instead of 3/4 of the picture. That's a HUGE reason why I shopped at David's Bridal for my dress. I would come and buy my dress here 1000 times over! Thank you so much for making brides and their entourage feel special and beautiful during this exciting time in our lives!

My stylist was very accommodating and willing to let me try on all different styles. She never brought me a dress out of my budget and kept in mind my petite size when showing me different dresses.

My only complaint is that I was looking for white dresses and many of them were ivory. I would have liked if they had a better balance of white to ivory. One of the dresses that I tried on I loved, but because it was ivory it was extremely hard for me to imagine what it would look like in white.

I went here today to try on wedding dresses. I am blown away by the amazing service I received. I was helped by the most wonderful woman named Kim. I loved her so much I booked the bridesmaid dress appointment with her for next week. She was so kind, so helpful and she did not rush us at all. I felt so comfortable with her. She picked out lovely dresses for me to try and I'm happy to say I found the one today! I am so glad I chose David's bridal for my wedding dress. It was truly a great experience and I'm so in love with my dress!
