I stopped in at the location and I am not personally verse in tea at all. The rep helping me was named Greg and he is amazingly knowledgeable as well as upbeat and curtous, really made the experience enjoyable. 10/10 would visit again to have his help picking what I need!!

Really small and hard to get around. If there is any type of line formed (usually is) you can't get to the product at the middle and back of the store. Also fairly slow service due to the nature of the store and people sniffing/picking out teas. Stock gets picked through pretty quickly too.
