Most Incompetent ..Lost my Two pallets of Goods. Tracking said it came to the Terminal and they can't find two large Pallets . Lost some of my customers swell

I ordered a chair through Home Depot that uses this shipping company. This has been the WORST online ordering experience I've had. They could only deliver the product between 8-12p or 1-4pm, which are the hours that everyone works. When I asked for them to leave it on my doorstep or ship to a new address they refused without permission from Home Depot which took 48hrs. I asked to speak with a manager - they called a left a msg 2 days later and when I tried to return the call they never answered. When I asked what would happen if I wasnt home to receive it they told me I'd be charged and would have to come and pick up the product myself - a "free shipping" promise from Home Depot. The people working for this company and the policies invoked are the worst I have seen. I will never order anything online from Home Depot again or from anyone using this company. WORST experience ever.

Good place for freight

Worst company to ever ship with my last 3 shipments have all come damaged 1 a $40,000 item a complete write off offered $1,850.00 my most recent shipment a work of art valued at $10,000 they completely denied my claim said at shippers risk which i do understand but 3 shippments in a row they do not care to handle your shipment with pride and care i used them for many years they made a good amout of money off me and when somethis got damaged they did not care to take care of me and my fellow clients.

I would recommend anyone looking to ship with this company run for you life and save your money Switched to Maritime Ontario and they handle my shipments with actual care
