The best place and the warmth of the staff given to me and my family is so appreciable... I would love to recommend anyone looking for the best place to make your stay/vacation, Do come at this place.. So satisfied with the customer service. The rooms and interior is so beautiful and clean. Thanks for the service.

The beds are comfy, pillows were excellent. Enjoyed the jetted soaker tub. Nice roomy rooms, the fireplace is a nice feature. The staff were very pleasant. Good breakfast, would have been nice with a selection of fruit not just apples and update to a waffle maker instead of frozen to be toasted waffles, but there was enough to hit the spot.

Daysinn..This location was perfect for everything to do and see in Canmore �����..Hotel staff was super friendly and helpfull. Love � the mountain � view from the balcony ..�

Stayed at the Days Inn last night and I was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. Updated rooms with comfy beds and a cute fireplace in the corner. It also had a soaker jetted tub which I didn't use but looked enviting. That coupled with the friendly staff, made it an enjoyable stay - I recommend!

The Days Inn in Canmore has very nice rooms, but the staff are uneducated and unprofessional. I just stayed there on May 20 and was so frustrated with the staff. When checking in, I was told I had one room with a fireplace when I went back to ask where the fireplace was, as neither room had one, the girl at the front said she can’t serve me because she didn’t deal with me to begin with and the young man that dealt with me was not there right now. I just wanted to know if my room cost would be cheaper given no fireplace? I was confused at that point! Well I thought to myself a fireplace wasn’t really needed as it was sunny and hot outside. Upon checking out the next morning the same girl that couldn’t help me the day before was at the desk and when she entered my room number she said she couldn’t help me because again she didn’t deal with the day before and the young man that did wasn’t in. I was curious as to what her position was at the front desk if she was not able to help me when checking in and checking out?? She said she would get the general manager that was on duty so when he came up to talk to me he said that I was charged wrong for my rooms and that he took the additional monies out of my deposit. I said you cannot just take my money because of an error by one of your staff. He said I was charged wrong, so he could take the money. I said that is an error on your part. I paid my rooms in full yesterday and left you a deposit which I would like fully refunded to me as there is no damage to your rooms! He said it was a mistake that I was charged wrong and said I owed the money so he took it. Again, I said this is the hotels error not mine and asked for my money back. I gave an example that if a price tag is lower than it should be, the store has to honor the lower price as that is their error. He said it was an error and wouldn’t give it back! I then comment and said that this has been the absolute worst customer service I have ever received and find it very unprofessional that the hotel staff is so uneducated and can’t even help me because they didn’t serve me in the first place. Leaving the hotel I was feeling very frustrated and disappointed and the scenario kept popping back in my mind, so I decided I would call and find out the names of the staff so that I can email the owner. When I asked for the owners email I was told to use the info email for the hotel, which I commented that I want to make sure the owner gets my message, so then I asked for his direct number at which I was told I could not have because they don’t give it out. So I asked when would be a good time to call him, does he work Monday to Friday and the response was he is most always here but I can not let you talk to him because he does not know me. I said I don’t understand, why can’t I speak with him. She replied because he does not know you. So poor management leads to poor support staff. I am contacting the Days Inn Alberta franchise Rep and reporting this horrible experience and that they should have people that represent their hotel chain in a professional customer oriented manner and are educated in the hotel industry.



Ps. If the manager on duty that day had asked me professionally and politely if I would consider to pay for an error on my bill I would have gladly said yes, BUT YOU DON’T JUST TAKE A CUSTOMERS MONEY!
