Dbcs Computer - Professional Pc Services And Repairs

We have purchased two gaming desktop computers for our teenaged boys over the last few years and they still run perfectly. Today we purchased a fantastic laptop. Excellent products, amazing service!! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable product.

Once again David has done an excellent job servicing my laptop. He is very skilled, very quick and awesome to deal with! Thanks so much for not only fixing my laptop but saving my photos and documents in the process!!

Bought a computer a few years back from DBCS, it's been working great since, his prices are cheaper or at least comparable to big store prices. I made the mistake of saving $10 on a video card and bought from a bigger store instead, huge mistake as that was the only component in my PC to go and to get it fixed I had to go without a video card in my PC for 2 weeks while they shipped it around to get it fixed.



DBCS would have me up and running far quicker making me not lose precious gaming and work time. Plus their local!

I went to this business looking for a laptop he had advertised, he was sold out of it and the 3 others that i liked, none of that was posted on his website.



Eventually i settled for a "repaired" lenovo edge 15 he had for sale. He didnt mention that the touch did not work on it, but then he didnt advertise it as touch.

I called and asked him about the touch not working and he said "maybe it wasnt touch to begin with" but when i look the model up it (was) touch.



I am noticing now after a few days the repair he conducted on this laptop computer i bought consisted of very poorly installing a new non-touch screen in the laptop, the screen is so poorly installed i feel as if it my fall apart.



I paid his "full price" with a 3 month warranty but i think that it was just a cash grab as i dont expect much if anything goes wrong. The way the guy talks to you and handles himself wreeks of disrespectful and "i dont care" behaviour.



Overall im rating this 2 stars, the price was "better than if i bought new" but i still have a bad taste in my mouth from the whole expreience and i doubt i will ever shop here again.
