Debney Junior Ranks Mess

Debney Junior Ranks Mess (DJRM) is a support service for the Canadian Armed Forces Members who attend the LCol P. L. Debney Armouries in Edmonton, AB. Physically the DJRM is a spacious lounge complete with a bar. Many support services are available though the DJRM website at debneymess.com. The DJRM is managed by a five member volunteer committee and one paid Mess Manager. DJRM is established under the authority of the Canadian Armed Forces and the Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services.
