Once I got a plumber on site his work was good, however they missed one appointment and failed to file paperwork correctly. Seems like they're good people, hope they improve.

Idiot driver doesn't know how to read road signs correctly. Drives like an idiot almost causing 2 separate accidents. Was also ripping through a parking lot.

I really liked the actual plumbers so this review doesn't reflect them and their hard work. This review is more about the customer service and specifically dealing with Carrie, who unfortunate for the company, has become the head of sales. When my husband and I were picking out our fixtures, she did NOT have a single clue what she was talking about. It was difficult to trust someone who used "google" as her source of information when I could easily do the same. She didn't seem confident and many time she gave us a wrong answer. Our house was built through a homebuilder, so luckily for us, we didn't have to deal with her for long. Fast forward a year or so later and I asked her about starting our basement and some costs for some basement fixtures (after the build - we wanted to do this ourselves). She quite literally told us that the plumbers are too busy to deal with us now and cannot accommodate us ever. She said this last year to us and regardless of how big or small, but in times of an economic crisis when EVERYONE was suffering, she actually turned down a customer??? She could have said, we will be free in xx months or when do you need this by as the net month or so are quite busy... but she just told us to F*** off.. WHO DOES THAT!?????? anyways, I will never go with them.. and anyone that EVER needs a plumber will be told of this story... and I think the owners know this about her and how she's essentially useless to them, yet they keep her around for some strange reason.. anyways.. I have never been turned down when asking about a job, especially in such an economic crisis... they aren't a small company where they can only accommodate so much work.. they're a large company and I don't believe that they have signs on their doors saying "sorry we are too busy now, please go elsewhere" and turning away customers as she did to me.. yet she thought it was ok to do that to an already PAST CUSTOMER... regardless of whether they are in fact busy or not.. it's like they got our money, A LOT OF MONEY and then booted us even though we wanted to give THEM work..
regardless though, the plumbers were nice and helpful, customer service is really to be desired and for that reason, they will be the last company I ever go with
