Our experience with Deerfoot Carpet was disappointing and highly frustrating. I can say with 100% certainty that we would never deal with Deerfoot Carpet again nor would we ever recommend them. The only reason we stuck it out with them was because we really like the carpet we found there and the price was half decent. However the customer service was horrible!!!! We continually had to chase down the sales person we were dealing with to get measurements done, to try and schedule installations and to track where our carpet was at. A process that we were told would take only a few weeks was almost two months. The sales person would not return our calls, would not call us when they said they would (we would call them days later and they would not have any information on what was happening with our order). It really felt like we were ignored, that our business did not matter and that our sales person had better things to do than to follow through on what their job was. As I write this review, I am waiting for the installer who has not... surprise, surprise..not shown up for our appointment.

All of the staff I have been in touch with have been great and they work great as a team to make sure that our needs are met. Bill and Corinne have been amazing. They are highly recommended.

Brad was super helpful getting our carpet done last year, we are now working on our bathrooms and they were our first stop!

From the selections, to the install, to the customer service - it's all perfect!

Our experience was inspiring and comfortable. Given previous unsatisfactory flooring installations, we were wary. No problem. The contractor who conducted the estimate inspired confidence. The Deerfoot representative was flexible with payment plans and communication which included a meeting with him and the service manager to discuss some options re: vinyl plank installation. The work was done professionally, on time, and within budget. In summary, it was the best contracting job we have ever dealt with. No fuss, no mess, and no BS.

Ordered product with Debbie who was great to work with. However when I called today I spoke with a man named Paul. His customer service was horrendous. He was very demeaning and said several times how Deerfoot Carpet and Flooring takes no accountability if mistakes are made in orders. I find this nerve wracking when I'm making a $5000 order. Although customers need to take accountability for mistakes as well, he handled the situation very very poorly. Very unimpressed by his attitude.

great service from Bill Hamilton and the installers were amazing , going above and beyond at every turn - ask for Kahn and his crew when getting your install done - very fast - everything was perfect and super accommodating - even the clean up was great !
