Deerfoot Meadows Medical Clinic

Have always been satisfied when going there. For a short time it seemed like doctors came and left quite regularly so it didn't feel like there was much of a history being made other than what was on paper. Lately I've been seeing Dr. Degracia and it now feels like a true family doctor when I'm being seen by her, rather than just a walk in clinic. That being said, when I've had to go on a walk in basis the Nurses and Doctors have never been anything but polite, professional and supportive.

Have been a couple times for various reasons. Once I was forgotten about in a office/closet area because the rooms were full for OVER AN HOUR before someone remember I was waiting. I always book appointments and never get good service. Whomever answered my phone call today was extremely rude and seemed as though she did not want to help me at all. Will not be returning.

Great clinic! Went for my first time and everyone was super nice and friendly which was great because I was a little bit nervous. They made me feel really comfortable and very professional 😊

No complaints. I'm satisfied with the way I am treated. Nice doctors.

I recommend you having your own experience instead of relying on negative comments. Badmouthing and hiding behind a computer is a terrible attitude.

If you are a young woman, AVOID here. Prepare to be harassed and judged just for a prescription refill. This is a place where old men tell young women what to do with their bodies. Something as simple as a birth control refill (one your family doctor has prescribed in another province, with complete family history information, many years ago) comes into question without actually asking for said information. Save yourself the heart ache and go to a doctor who cares. Yes medication can be harmful. But no one should leave the doctor feeling worse than when they arrived. Disgusted with one of the main doctors who runs this practice. Dr. S. Kou is the man to completely avoid.

i am so upset with the doctors there. i have a huge painful wart on my leg . went in 2 weeks ago for help . they used liquid nitro on it and told me if it doesn't fall off in two weeks make an app and we will remove it. so thats what i did sat there yesterday for 45 min . they took me back just to have another doc not mine come in and tell me the my doctor doesn't want to do it.so i asked them if they could recommend someone the he said NO flat out NO . so i said what should i do he told me to go try another clinic. so we are looking for a new doctor. shame on you. i have been going there for 4 years. shame

I went there all prepared with my general practitioner family Dr. 16 yrs. of personal treatment record. Didn't handle the 2 hr. wait after my appointment time because be the time l saw the Dr. my pain was too great to focus on what he was telling me. Good thing my husband was along to assist me. In the end he gave me a 3 months compassionate​ prescription, sent me back home to my Dr. to get a "Specialist" recommend and return in 3 months having successful completed this next hoop before he would write me a yearly prescription​. My family Dr. instead of giving me any Specialist recommend, suggested​ the 204 Clinic which from what l can tell is just more of the same and passes the responsibility to the specialist ( which for the record can't be done in that time frame) all so the clinic is in the clear should any examine our records closely" the Dr. tells me. The only reason l give them a 2 🌟 rating is because he did give me 3 months of compassionate pain relief and l understand the clinic needs to work within certain set guidelines but the pain l endured during my wait was inexcusable.

I love this Walk In Clinic. I have a Family Doctor but we can't always get in to see her same day so when that happens, we go there. Dr Boyd is AMAZING!! So are the other two Walk In Doctors that work out of there! Months go by without us going there, yet all three doctors always remember us and are always very thourough. The wait times are the best I've seen in the City in 33 years!! I almost don't want to give a good review because I don't want that to change but the care we receive here is outstanding and they do provide follow up care to which you rarely get from Walk In Clinics! Thank you for all you do!! I truly mean that! I was there twice today! Lol.
