Defazio Gourmet Description
De Fazio Gourmet is an Edmonton, Alberta based company, which began its operation in 1996. Its founders were first generation Italians, and the business was family owned and operated. They perceived a need in the local Edmonton market for quality, home-style biscotti, and have since distributed their biscotti to coffee shops, restaurants, specialty shops and hotels throughout Canada.
De Fazio Gourmet is currently family owned and operated by a Canadian couple who’s roots are European and rich in Italian tradition. Kris and Carla are committed to making delicious gourmet biscotti, while bringing forth their strengths in sales and marketing and their passion for baking. They continue to distribute biscotti throughout Canada and are looking forward to having more people rediscover biscotti and master the art of dunking.
