We've gotten to enjoy quite a few Birthday cakes and just because cupcakes from Delectable Desserts & Cakes. My girls who aren't big fans of fondant but have happily eaten DDC's up, but her buttercream icing is their favourite. We always enjoy the edible decorations on the cakes, and the cake itself is always moist. Always great service and has produced a flawless product even on short notice.
We had Carmen bake a pull apart cupcake cake for my daughter's birthday. Well, yum was the word....every bite was delicious. The buttercream was just the right amount of sweet and not too heavy....just right. Of course, she worked with me each step of the way with designs (Super Why- super duper computer) and flavors were perfect. Highly recommend.

I had a cake made for my youngest
son's cake smash and it was amazing! It was better then I could have imagined. I sent her a few photos of a very simple cake yet beautifully timeless and she created a stunning cake. We ordered another cake for my other son's 5th birthday. He specifically wanted a cake that looked exactly like a pink donut with sprinkles. When we picked it up he was so happy! It looked absolutely perfect! It couldn't have looked any more like a real donut! Carmen is such a pleasure to work with and the results are nothing but perfection!!

Carmen did an incredible job on our wedding cake. It was exactly what we wanted and more. We had banana bread cake and cupcakes and carrot cupcakes. They were so moist and perfectly flavoured. She even made small kids cupcakes and gluten free ones since we had a few celiacs in our bunch. The colours were beautiful. Thank you so much for being a part of our big day ��� if I could rate you higher than 5 I would!!!
