We had our family Christmas here. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Thank you! Will be back!

We checked in late Friday night. We were offered to upgrade a room for $40. With the offer we got free breakfast for 2 adults and 1 kid. Which was great. I was dissapointed we had to pay for parking. Good thing it was only. $10 per night. Room was nice clean and comfortable. Pool was nice and good size. Breakfast was good. Lots of choices. They even provided gluten free bread for my daughter. Internet was good. Location of gbe hotel was great. We will be coming back to this hotel

Very nice clean comfortable hotel. Close to shops and restaurants also nice food available in hotel. Pleasant helpful staff. Second visit to this hotel and would visit again if in calgary as improving all the time. Excellent breakfast choice. Great pool and hot tub. All in all a great stay.

The view from our room was amazing! We could see the fireworks at Olympic Plaza from there on New Year's Eve. The services were great. The two ladies at the Front Desk upon check-in were really helpful. I'm sorry that I don't remember their names but they are two Asian ladies with long hair. Thanks so much for helping us getting the cab. Chayenne from the night team was wonderful! My friend had a terrible hungover and the kitchen had closed at 3AM but she brought us some toast for the night. Thank you so much!

Parking is not easy and cheap at downtown Calgary. But we got a good deal for this weekend with $10 per night for underground parking.

We didn't have time for food but the drinks were good and the bartender was friendly at the bar. The lady from In room dining was nice as well.

Overall, we'll definitely stay again for the services and welcome from your team. Thank you!

The new interior design and layout for the presidential suite is wonderful. I love the separate bedroom with extra tv. Dining space provides ample seating and makes the lounge area feel even more spacious. Room to relax and unwind.



The service was exemplary. Thanks to Leo for his advice and assistance for our stay. Will definitely stay again when back in Calgary.

Smack righ in the middle of Downtown. Watched the Canada Day fireworks from my room. No need to leave the comforts. Love their dry steam room. Complimentary bottled water. Although no microwave oven but you can request.

Our stay was awesome. There wasn't any problem we encountered other than the room key kept screwing up. Overall it was a magnificent stay. Will be back again!

I’ve stayed at many hotels and Dignah at the Delta Bow Valley is the best Housekeeper on the planet.

I was tired and grouchy when I checked in and while I was away, the front desk brought my up 2 apples, an orange, a Perrier and a nice note! ���

Very good hotel. Had to knock a star off due to the refurbishment works.

Lovely hotel with a great view. We enjoyed our night there. The pool and hot tub are kept at reasonable temperatures, neither too hot and cold. The bistro was quite quiet, the staff were all very nice and pleasent, as were all the staff we ran into at the hotel.

The only reason I did not give 5 stars is the fact that the hotel is outdated. I trust that with the ongoing renovations that will be taken care of.

Great place for the value and amenities, pool, hot tub, sauna and gym.

Good but not the best , good because it's convenient to some restaurant ,most of them are walking distance , our room was at 15th floor but it has a view of the Bow river ,it has bike path for people strolling. Small but clean.

First time to Calgary and this hotel. Found staff very polite and helpful, service very good especially at breakfast, no complaints here! Nicely situated to get around calgary, would stay here again. Ps...hubby had a burger, best he has had!!!

The views from hotel room were very nice. There is plenty of parking on the street for free from 6:00 PM until 9:00 AM or all Sunday . Paid underground parking is only $10.00

Restaurant had good selection of food and service was good too.

I was unlucky by having family from hel just across my room with 5 kids being noisy running on hallways!

These people are not considerate for others as they culture is diifrent from ours.

The Hotel rooms are really outdated, Need improvement and upgrade. The rooms look like from the fifties ( the furniture, the wall plugs ..) . The hotel is located next to a shelter . No complimentary parking , and the Hotel parking fees are a way high for city like Calgary.I forgot to mention the bath tub , very old , I stayed in different Marriott property: this is so far the only one that still have a tub, and an old one too .

All that being said, the staff were very accommodating especially the Bell lady and the receptionist ( Marco ). The pool was nice : not deep (1,2 meter) including dry sauna, locker and a hot Tub.

It ok the staff at starbuck need more training ask for glass of. Water with coffee they said thay dont give out water very bad service cause the other give out. Water if someone want one other then that nice hotel good food great people

Delta was better before they changed hands.....still ok but seems like they are cutting corners.....coffee is horrible in rooms.....we only had 1 cup....1 robe....had an "upgrade" because we are on their rewards program........room was absolutely no different than our friends without the "upgrade". Disappointed.....Delta used to be a hotel of choice..with exceptional service.....

My swipe card demagnetized, they would NOT replace it without the approval of the person on the file, who was asleep in the room. Ended up having to stay elsewhere. Very disappointed that they didn't offer any option. I've been in hotels many times who have no problem replacing key cards. I understand the security risks, but don't send a girl out at 2 am with none of her belongings. Will not stay delta again!
