I had such a great experience. I'm from Regina & when we decided to buy Amigo, we drove the 8 hours in one day with my 5 & 7 year olds. My little guy ended up getting the stomach flu 2 hours into the drive, which put us behind quite a bit. Jen met us in Red Deer at 9pm to shave off some of our driving time, she was phenomenal.



Once we got Amigo home, he was already about 80% house trained and incredibly social with my other dog and my kids. I couldn't be happier with him. Such a great experience!! Thank you so much!

I am so impressed with Demaklyn. Just got our puppy recently and it became immediately clear that the little dog had been well socialized and even house trained (70% there) before joining us! Augustus and his litter had spent a lot of time outdoor so he just naturally doesn't want to eliminate inside. We live in a condo where dogs have to pass through a long hallway, ride an elevator, negotiate two sets of small stairs plus two doors before they reach the exit. I've had two dogs prior to Augustus and I'd always had a hard time conveying to them they can't pee or poo till they've jumped through all those hoops. Not so with Augustus. Also it became clear he had had some leash and collar experience. We've walked up and down the blocks in our neighbourhood and everyone compliments (while utterly surprised to discover his young age) on how nicely he walks on the leash. Augustus has also learned how to sit and step up/down small steps all within the first two days. He slept through the night on his very first night (six hours total)! As I'm writing this he's sleeping in his crate (another blessing from Jen who'd trained the puppies to sleep in a kennel).



I've worked at an animal shelter so I have quite a bit of experience with dogs. I've also dealt with many breeders and I can tell Jen really cares about her pups. Lance - Augustus' father - is a beautiful, well-behaved and healthy sire. Gidget - the mom - is also top notch. Both with larger ear canals to reduce the possibility of infection problems later on. Jen watches the bitch's health condition carefully to ensure she can handle one litter a year max.



The puppies were all raised in a loving home - and were exposed to different dogs, a cat and children. I cannot stress how important this is for the first two months of a dog's life. As soon as they started eating solids, Jen fed them Arcana, which is an excellent, high-end food brand with 0% grain and tapioca.



From the time I adopted Augustus till I picked him up, Jen sent me photos and updates weekly, answering all my questions promptly no matter how trivial. She also provided us with a sweet package of goodies with a small leash, some puppy food, a cute toy, along with all the microchip/vaccination/insurance info.
