Fast efficient service, I was in and out in 20 minutes. Visit was for fall service and change summer tires to winter tires. Technician went over the work order with me and assured me all fluid levels were topped up, and tires were still in good shape, no need to replace them. Very satisfied and will return in spring for tire swap and servicing again.

Quick lube is great it was a busy day with winter tire change overs they told me exactly how long the wait would be and had it all done in the quoted time with time to spare! They did seem short on techs but they were moving really quickly and made up for it. The adviser guy is really nice and positive even under a lot of stress good work guys!

I opened my sun-roof to get some fresh air; when I was ready to close it; the roof wouldn't budge. Went to the service department at Denny Andrews; service manager, Mike, helped us right away, no questions asked. Both Patricia and Marge were very friendly and helped the situation less stressful. Awesome job everyone, way to go and keep it up. Will definitely recommend you all. Thank you for the service.

If I could rate this place any lower I would. This dealership cares about one thing and that is sales. Don't expect to walk more than three steps out of your vehicle before getting jumped by a sales person. One of the first statements that they will make is, what do i need to do to make a deal right now. They do not care about the customer and will not take no for an answer. If they test drive your vehicle, make sure you get your keys back immediately as they have a funny habit of taking them into the office and hiding them so that you don't walk out on them before they can try and force a sale out of you. In my experience they would not let me leave until i signed saying that i would buy the vehicle pending on insurance. The next morning I came in to say that I do not want to buy this vehicle and they would not give me my deposit back. Sherwood ford was going to give me a better price, and the sales rep at Denny Andrews LIED to me and changed their numbers around when in truth they were significantly less. After being unknowingly lied to I ended up purchasing the truck just so that this whole process could be done with. This leads me to the finance office where she told me the final purchase price was one number and I signed based on that. I recently got my first statement in the mail to find out the final purchase price was 5000$ higher than what I was told. The lady flashes so much paperwork in front of you that you cant even see what you re signing for. Denny Andrew's has been the worst vehicle buying experience I have ever had. Not to mention the back vents in the truck already don't blow air, and the front compartment doesn't stay open like it is supposed to. If I can give one piece of advise, it is to never step foot in this dealership, go ANYWHERE else, as I can guarantee that you will be treated 1000 times better.

After 2 weeks of car shopping and going through a couple different dealerships, I can definitely say Denny Andrews Ford was a breath of fresh air! All the staff starting from our awesome salesman Jared Peacock, to the management and all the way to the finance department were extremely friendly and resourceful. They were never very pushy and actually encouraged us to look around and see if we were able to find a better deal than they were offering.

Most other dealerships ignored our budget and constantly showed us vehicles above our budget, but over here they realized certain vehicles were just a little bit out of our reach; And they were literally the only dealership to do this during our car shopping! They made it a very stress-free process and we actually were excited coming into Ford. We will for sure be a return customer in the years to come, thanks Denny Andrews Ford!

I had a leak, service advised and priced me reasonably, in a great time frame. I had it fixed privately for cheaper reasons. Nice staff-- the shuttle driver is a bit wild while driving lol but he was nice. Ken was my advisor and he was nice. I'll come back here for sure! Not like most dealers

Generally satisfied with the oil changes that I get at Denny Andrews. However, when in there for an oil change the other day, I also asked the service manager to lower my tire pressure from 40 lbs/sq. in. to 35. After noticing that my tires looked low and my fuel monitor very quickly going from 14 km/100 liters to 15..., I checked my tire pressure and found all tires at 32 lb./sq. inch!!! I am confident that my pressure tester is reliable....So, I increased the tire pressure to 38 lb/sq. inch in my garage...So, will see....

Roll in Roll out - it's that easy! I went in to change oil & tires. I was done in around 20min. Detailed explanation of vehicle health via multi-pt inspection. Friendly service with follow up email to assure satisfaction - NICE!

Each time I use Quick Lane Service Center at Denny Andrews Ford, the experience is a positive one. From the initial contact when I am greeted as I drive up, through the interactions with mechanics right up to the check out. They are great. No appointment is necessary. I am in and out quickly.
