Their hygienists get right to the nitty gritty where it's needed most and educate you on how to take care of your overall dental health. The staff are skilled and knowledgeable on not only dental health but overall health and wellness. When you visit Pure North Dental you feel taken care of in so many ways. With being attached to Pure North S'Energy Foundation where they have many amazing health care providers you can't go wrong when you visit this downtown location. Pure North Dental has worked with us to ensure we know and understand the costs, help with insurance knowledge etc before any work is completed. We highly recommend Pure North Dental.

We felt harassed by Muriel for payment when we were totally misinformed and unaware of the missed payments until her first call. We feel unfairly treated, like we intentionally didn't want to pay our dues. Over the phone, Muriel's words and tone made my daughter feel very humiliated and embarrassed, which made her cry and almost had an emotional breakdown afterwards. We paid and settled in full but vowed never to set foot in this institution again. Hope this doesn't happen to other people. I thought Pure North was there for low income people and struggling families like us, but as far as from our experience, Muriel definitely showed that it was a farce and only a show for media praise. I was just hoping that she would have been more compassionate to my daughter, who did not know anything about the agreement, and considering that I made her aware of my financial situation beforehand.
