Very poor experience with this establishment. First fitting went well, staff was respectful and seemed competent. During the second fitting, neither the dress shirt or pants fit, and the suit jacket was tight - changes were made once again. I was not able to pick the suit up the day before the wedding and when I tried it on the day of the wedding (out of town), I was surprised to say the least, that my pants were about 6" too short and my suit jacket was the same one from the second fitting. Had to get alterations done three hours before the wedding - absolutely unacceptable.

They also forgot to send a pocket square along with a different groomsmen suit.

Expressed my disappointment when dropping my suit off and requested the situation be escalated to higher authority. Nobody followed up with me and after reaching out to Derk's, was told nothing can be done and a sorry for you troubles.

I am certain there are better places for formal attire rentals. Save yourself the trouble.

Great experience! After looking at 3 different places trying to find a tux with a modern, slim fit, finally success at Derks! Clayton was super helpful and set me up with everything I needed and was even flexible with my return date, as my event is out of town. Great customer service and more modern, slim fit styles than you will find elsewhere.

Have to say that customer service wa top notch. Phoned and spoke with Clayton and because of his great customer service we decided to go
go to the store and check out suits. Very attentive and really felt we were taken care of. Better prices than most places and tuxedos were of good quality. Did not feel pressured as we did in other rental places and would highly recommend

I rented tuxes for myself and my groomsmen here and our experience was great. The first time I went to visit with my best man the staff helped us pick out suits that matched what I described I wanted and a good match for the groomsmen. The suits came in exactly when they said they would, everything fit, and we looked amazing. Thank you so much to the staff at Derks!

Great experience! Clayton has been super helpful and patient. We were given detailed information and catalog on what we were looking for, he was honest on what our options are for colours and what he recommends. I recommend everyone go there, especially for the brides who have to plan everything!

We had a great experience when my fiancé and I went in to pick out suits for him and his groomsmen. Since then, our experience with Derks has been a nightmare! Our wedding is less than a month away and 3 groomsmen still do not have their suits. We have been constantly phoning and emailing and each time the response is "I'll get back to you later" ... which of course, doesn't happen. We were told one groomsman had picked up his suit already when he hadn't and they were unable to locate another groomsman in the computer system, despite him having gone in and had his measurements taken. They also couldn't provide measurements over the phone when I asked. Do not shop here!! Especially if you are on a deadline!! They have decent quality suits but you will be lucky to get your suits in time, let alone in the correct sizes. Horrible customer service!!

I went in to the store to get fitted for a suit for my wedding. It was greeted at the door and almost instantly had suits to try on. They fitted a mannequin with different styles so i could see how different colours looked without trying on 20 suits. The whole process was incredibly quick, about 20 minutes. I will be going back anytime I need formal wear. Thanks Derks, making my wedding a little less stressful.

Great service! My fiance and I stopped in here on Saturday without an appointment just to get an idea of pricing and styles. My fiance wasn't in the best mood going in but by the time we left he was extremely cheerful and shaking the guy's hand! They were super helpful in answering our questions, suggesting options and letting him try on the suit. I feel really confident in them and was very pleased with the price when you consider everything that is included.

We had an appointment pre-booked at the Calgary location but when we showed up we were greeted and then left to our own device. It was chaos, barely any assistance, pretty much a self serve store as we had to tell them sizing as he was not measured. Very disappointed as the ratings were good, not sure how they got good ratings. Complete waste of our time.

Staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Made getting suits for groomsmen painless.

Great service, not all the suits fit perfect but they made the changes quick and easy so that come wedding day we were all looking sharp. Plenty of comments on how well dressed the groomsman and I all were for the wedding. I would recommend this Calgary Derks location for any occasion.

Shirt I received was way too large. Jacket was way too short. Made for terrible pictures. No never called me to tell me to Sue within so I never even got to test fit and their machine asks for a tip for doing a very basic job (wrong).
