My husband and I traded in our Cherokee for a Grand Cherokee over the weekend, and I can honestly say this is by far the best dealership to deal with! Mike Isaac is the ultimate person to deal with in sales. Mike listens to what you want, and doesn't show you anything other than that. I was able to get a vehicle that I ended up liking better than the one I went to see! The whole process was very easy and they definitely work for their customers. I definitely recommend going to see Mike if you are looking to purchase a new vehicle, he is not pushy or arrogant, like you may have dealt with at other places. Matt - the sales manager, is extremely friendly and helpful and will go out of his way to ensure that they have a vehicle that you would like to purchase. Aaron in fiance is amazing at what he does! It appears he will do his best to work out a number on a vehicle you will be happy with, within your budget. All in all, I feel like they will do anything to keep you happy and earn their business and that is exactly what a dealership should do when you are spending thousands on a new car. I could not be more impressed with the experience there and I highly recommend you check them out if you are looking to buy a new vehicle!!!

Great service! I inquired about a Jeep late on a Saturday night online and by Sunday afternoon I had purchased one that was perfect for me. John F. went beyond expected to make sure that I found the perfect Jeep for me within my price range. He didn't pressure me at all and made the process quick, easy, and overall a great experience.

James Grouse was our awesome salesman. He went above and beyond to get us all the information We needed and photos instantly. Called them because they had a car me and my girlfriend were interested in, after talking a bit, doing the trade in stuff all on the phone and giving a deposit it goes to finance. Well day after day goes by with no word, now i understand trying to finance with no credit is usually a process but i would like updates, none came, we had to contact them. First strike. Then we tried to get our deposit back because they were taking for ever and we found a car that we liked a bit more. Well my girlfriend tried to get it back about 3 times, i finally had to text the sales person to get it back. Strike 2, the final strike is they kept calling us and kept running my girlfriends credit AFTER WE SAID WE ARE DONE, this really pissed me off but i just told them we had already bought something. well they call my cell phone looking for my girlfriend every other week, I finally told the girl today to never call again we had already bought something and to leave us alone. She insisted she must talk to my girlfriend again i said not to call us again. Hopefully they wont call again, but if they do they will be getting an ear full. I would give 0 stars if i could. I will never go to derrick dodge again, or even give them the time of day, ill pay 1000 more for a vehicle to not deal with them.

Their service department was excellent!!! My friend had her car stolen and keys went missing in the process. We had to get a Dodge Journey keyed and reprogrammed. They saved us money and got us in with no appointment as well as having the most helpful girls helping!! Channing was absolutely amazing, and I think the other girl helping was Shelby. They are absolutely amazing in the service department. Thank you again. We were on our way back home with great advice and they even told us about a recall!!!

I went to Derrick Dodge to trade in my Jeep Rubicon and get a more "family friendly" vehicle. My salesperson, Al Dewan was very helpful and understanding. He recommended a Dodge Journey which has been a great alternative for me. He understood my situation and gave me a great solution to my needs. Thank you Al !!

I came in and was greeted very kindly from Todd young! He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We ended up buying the vehicle within two days of seeing it, and he did everything to make sure we were satisfied (including multiple test drives)!! Anyone reading this should ask personally for Todd- truly a positive experience!!
