Designer’s Choice installs replacement doors and windows! Here is the process in a nutshell: 1. Free in home consult – give us a call at 780-875-0259 and Jamie Hunter will arrange a time to meet at your home. He will measure and check existing surroundings of all windows and doors you are replacing and take photos for safety reasons. Then he will meet with you to go through options and products. 2. Final measure and scheduling – Once final decisions are made, the quote wil...l be drawn up and a deposit will be taken. Then Jamie will call and arrange an install date. **Please note that the install date may have to be rescheduled due to weather delays. ** 3. Install Day – To make install process faster and prevent damages to your personal items we ask that you prepare your home before the installers arrive: • Remove all window coverings • Remove all plants and decorations from sills and glass • Remove all furniture near the window (within a 3 foot range) • Secure all pets away from open doorways and installers • Clear walkways of pet waste and snow • Remove deck furniture if necessary Our installers will remove all of the old products and remove them from site. **Please note that the following are the Homeowner’s responsibilities: filing nail holes, painting casings/wood components, staining/painting door slabs. 4. Services – If you find any defects on our products or install, please call our office and we will do a service call.

It comes with the quartz, sink, hood liner, microwave & trim kit, and several custom pull outs. The retail value for this Kitchen is $35,000 we are selling this for $10,000. Corner Pantry vs. Stand Alone Pantry. Let's talk about the pros and cons of each. Back "in the day" food was kept along side the dishware. Then people began to recognize that spaces stay more organized and structured when there are specific places for items to be stored - 'A place for everything and everything in its place' Walk In cons - take of a ton of valuable real estate in the kitchen and give you less counter space - if it's located outside the kitchen, miles can be ...added to your daily routine. Walk In pros - tons of space = tons of storage Stand Alone cons - smaller than the walk in. However, don't fret about space. Optimize it by adding rollouts or other internal cabinetry components to capture as much storage as possible. At times this method is actually more functional, because let's face it - if you can't see it you won't use it! It’s been a struggle for everyone at Designer’s Choice this week. Watching the tragedy unfold for the Humboldt Broncos has affected all of us to our very core. Watching news clips, following every tweet, post and feed for changes, pictures, developments of hope, of families, of communities and of our country coming together. We have very personal stories of our co-workers attending vigils and crying alongside cities that are gathering to heal and to try to make sense of wha...t has happened. There have been many moments of silent tears as we watch videos of songs and see pictures paying tribute to the 16 who are gone and the 13 recovering. Life, as it will, moves forward. Humboldt will get through this, so will Saskatchewan. Seeing our small office try to grapple with the consequences of this senseless accident has put into perspective the absolutely overwhelming grief and anger and hopelessness that everyone personally touched by this has been going through and will be going through forever. It seems small and trite but we are behind you. All of you. Families, friends, co-workers, first responders, doctors, nurses, the teams, the towns, the cities, the provinces. We are behind you and we won’t forget you. #humboldtstrong #humboldtbroncos

At Designer’s Choice we get it – any renovation project can make homeowners nervous from day one. Let Jamie put you at ease and make the process as smooth as possible with a free in-home consultation. Or you can also arrange a meeting in our showroom to go through all of our products and options 780-875-0259. Once he has all of the info that he needs Jamie will send you a quote via email, fax or mail (whichever you prefer) within a few days. This isn't your Grandma's Oak! Oak is making a comeback - don't worry, it's not the honey stain, cathedral style of the '80's & '90's. After a much needed hiatus, oak is back in many different forms - painted, cerused and driftwood are a few options available. The appeal?
