Our unique member-directed non-profit model allows us to offer a lower cost-per-night than other luxury vacation options. It also allows us to ensure there are no additional fees apart from the equity buy-in and the operating costs split between members. Our model also allows us to apply an industry-leading amount of capital to purchasing new properties (over 90% ). We add new properties on a regular basis.
