We have had lots of questions about how to get espresso to be the best it can be at home lately.
Espresso is easy!
Keep as many things as consistent as possible. This way, when you make one change, you know what the outcome is.
... First, start with good beans. Second, make only one change at a time.
If you change the grind size, keep the weight and shot duration the same. This way it makes it easier to get something repeatable, and will let you determine how to make it to your taste.

2018 has been quite a year for us. We started out by getting our roasterie dialed in and we started to become a true business. Humble beginnings from my townhouse garage to a full on production facility! Heck yeah! We also launched our mobile coffee cart to get our name out there on our own. Since we are building our own brand we are stoked to have this now as it let's us share our amazing coffee with everyone, everywhere one delicious cup a7 helped us move over 400 lbs of co...ffee in just a few days. From the bottom of our hearts... thank you!

Cappy @410expedition came by yesterday with a couple of sweet hats. Cappy encouraged us to do up our first blend last year and it really helped us to learn a lot.
