My experience with BVV was not a great one , I had a appointment to get my eyes tested , I felt rushed and I was just getting pushed thru , so I did order frames and lens , when I was fitted the new ones I could not see clear , I mentioned that to the gentleman has comments was give time to adjust. So two weeks later I returned still could not see clear , I was told nothing wrong with them ! I explained something is wrong, the Dr came out and said the wrong lens was put in , OK mistake get made , so I waited 3 weeks to get the new frames back , and still not rite , I was told give it sometime !! I was frustrated, I left BVV and went to Costco vision got tested , gave me a new prescription, that worked
