Dimension Dentistry

It took me over three years and 4 different dentists who insisted on unnecessary work to find this dentist office. Since then I have needed minimal care on my teeth and have always received amazing seevice. I would recommend this office in a heartbeat to anyone looking for a proper professional treatment.

I was strung along for over two months waiting on Invisalign braces. In the end I was told that I wasn't a viable candidate. What a waste of my time. It's worth mentioning that Dr. Mark Fairbanks couldn't take the time to call me and tell me the bad news himself, even though he was the one who said he could do the procedure. This was a task he left to the front office girls, who are very kind and easy to deal with.

From the reception right until meeting the dentist at the end, the service is spectacular. Special thanks to Dr. Mark Fairbanks and the two hygienists Rebecca and Lauren (I am sure everyone there is just as amazing) Despite this location being 40 minute drive from my place, it's totally worth it! Highly recommend

Wonderful, friendly staff and professional, safe, effective dental care. Dr Michelson gave me the best care I have received in years. He took an old, bad tooth and made it (almost!) brand new again with gentle techniques that I barely felt. He gave me the most cost effective option for the work I needed done. The whole office was wonderful with communication about every charge and procedure, and even gave me options when it came to my own care. I highly recommend Dimensions Dentistry to anyone with teeth! Literally! 10/10!

Great experience, as always! The staff are wonderful and Kendra (my hygienist today) was fantastic! She was great to talk to and so thorough with my cleaning! I hope to see her on my next visit!

Extremely pleased with the cosmetic makeover. Dr Michelson and his team certainly went above and beyond to dramatically improve my smile. I have never had anything to be proud of in terms of my smile due to crooked teeth and a crowded mouth, but now for the first time in 40+ years, I have straight teeth top and bottom that look fantastic, function perfectly, and feel natural. I am so thankful to the team at Dimension Dentistry for this. Call them and ask to see the Before and After photos...They are almost shocking!

Have been a patient of Dr. Fairbanks for about 25 years. I first went to see him after a horrible experience with another dentist, he made me comfortable right away. The office is always very clean and inviting. The staff are professional and very pleasant and helpful. I am now starting to see the "young" Dr. Fairbanks and he is equally as pleasant as his dad. Will be staying a patient for along time.

I went in thinking my wisdom teeth were coming in and turned out to be much more of a serious emergency. Everyone there was so comforting and helpful to keep me calm since I was absolutely terrified of going to dentist. Made my experience very easy and as pain free as possible. Even followed up with me to make sure I was doing okay twice! Thanks Jordan , Asia and Brianne for keeping me calm and Dr. Mark for making the whole experience easy. Recommend for sure!
