Absolutely amazing service. I have never been a fan of dealing with insurance companies as my previous one was awful! The Stony Plain location of state farm has definitely changed my perspective on dealing with insurance companies. They always answer my questions with very honest answers, definitely not in it just for the money, they could have gouged us on extra insurance on an older vehicle, but they let us know it would be more money that it is worth. They understand that we are young and in school and don't have excessive amounts of money and they work with us on it. Jodie is an absolute joy to talk to and helps me every way that she can. Andrea has also been absolutely wonderful to deal with. These guys are awesome!

Contacted Jodie on very short notice, after being recommended by a family member. She was able to put together a Host Liquor Liability policy for my upcoming event and I was pleasantly surprised at the speed and ease of creating the policy to suit my exact needs, while still remaining well within my budget! Helpful and friendly, exactly what I needed!!

Our family has been insured through Dion and Jodie Getzinger's Stony Plain office since they opened their doors. They are very professional, available for answering questions as our needs have changed and they always go above and beyond to make sure we have what we require. Not only are they wonderful people to deal with, they are also very involved in the community and ready to lend a helping hand when called upon. This agent is amazing. We have been with them for years and have never had a problem. Jen and Jodi always answer my questions. If I need something they are prompted and efficient. I love when I go in that I'm treated like family and spend time to talk about life like a best friend. I would alway recommend this agent for any of your insurance needs.

I'm a first time car owner so I was extremely nervous and unsure of what i was doing. I called alot of insurance places and they seemed annoyed with my million questions. Jen Perry at state farm was great. She answered all my questions and made getting insurance stress free and easy. I decided to get renters insurance through her as well! Also she heard I was moving through a mutual friend and called to remind me to update my address in their system. How nice! I feel pretty good about my choice to go with state farm!

Shopped around all prices and coverage plans among multiple companies are comparable. State Farm did come in a little under these other companies.
I was hesitant to conduct business here because of reviews posted here. I went in anyways just for a quote and to see how true the negative reviews were. They couldn't be further from the truth.
Andrea did my quote in a timely manner and was very helpful and friendly. Jodie did my policy up at 4:50 on a Friday evening. Stayed past closing time and rushed through so I could still make it to the registry office in time. The whole time she never made me feel like I was inconveniencing her by coming in so late.
I will definitely he considering home insurance and more auto insurance here in the future. You feel like a person here, not a number.

Andrea from this office has a nasty attitude hung up on me and needs to learn how to be a human and practise customer service don't go here if you want service... She also dosnt call back and when you confront her she is rude and says she's not losing her job and that she's was too busy to call back, I spoke with State Farm head office and filed complaint. TERRIBLE LOCATION TERRIBLE SERVICE !!! BUYER BEWARE!

Not team players, two faced people.they skip very important details, i have even been hung up on. Multiple times insured with them later to find out i could have been insured much cheaper elsewhere. I had a policy for a specific reason and had told them this, after i finnished with that reason and when i canceled this policy i was treated like garbage as if i betrayed them. Very unprofessional. Avoid them.
